They don't pick up your track on time. They don't answer their phone. And they're very rude when you do get a life person.

This is the worst company ever, I don't understand how they're still picking up trash in the city of Bakersfield. The drivers are lazy and inconsiderate. There's trash flying everywhere down the street and when they pull out the bins at an apartment complex I work at they make the biggest mess. It's not just a mess. It's a complete disaster. They jerked the trash bins out so hard that the trash falls everywhere. The city has warned the apartment complex a few times about the mess so I've been keeping pictures and videos over the last couple months of the mess they left which I intend to go to the city and complain and also the news because this is becoming ridiculous. read more

My trash bin needs to be replaced. 5 weeks ago the first person told me the new bin would arrive on the service day.. still no new bin. I called the following day and the same person sent me to the City of Bakersfield. WRONG! They actually only deal with the green can. A month later, still no new bin. Today, they give me another number..a company in Oregon. Customer Service is GOD AWFUL! I've heard this company was sold.. but who knows to who! They miss out pick up a lot we call the company, they tell us they're gonna come back. And they don't we call back, they tell us there's a work order. They'll be here and they don't, we discover they have cholera, ID and they will not pick up my calls anymore, but when I use a different phone number, they immediately pick up the call. My can has not been picked up for the green in over a week, I'm now having to pay extra fees for my gardener to haul off my grass. read more

If you need to rent a dumpster these are your people! Very nice to speak to over the phone. Dumpsters are $50 per dumpster so be sure to pack it well to fit the most. read more

Price disposal is "Garbage"! Worst service, rude, eneducated staff, and the manager "Ray Scott" does not care about his customers. Ray Scott is the most incompetent manager on the planet. When I called to settle a mistake on their part, he didn't care and gave me the worst service ever. I would give 0 stars but 1 star means this company is trash, and so are the poeple that work there! Price disposal has terrible unprofessional driver and even more unprofessional office people. My trash can was put out on the street 8/27/23 where we always put for pick up on the 28th. My can was not picked up. I called in and was told that the trucks Camara would be reviewed either My trash would get picked up or they would get back to me. if I was a supervisor at price I would not tolerate such ratings. read more

I recently started service with Price/Mountain Side Disposal and every time I've had to call to ask about prices, when recyclables get picked up to getting another pickup schedule, everyone I've talked to have been courteous and very helpful. I've never felt rushed or felt like I was putting anyone out. No complaints from me! read more

Price disposal is wonderful they arrive on time each week and are always available when we need something extra picked up.

Awful, awful customer service,,, even from supervisor Ray s, I called on the 6th, last month, to closed my account, and to find out if they picked up the trash can, well apparently it got stolen, they want to charge me $75.00 , I told her that it was not fair because their carts have serial numbers, and what if they find it, I worked with another garbage company, and I had the exactly same issue, they waived that, Anyway after I closed that account Last month " I send the very last statement I knew I had, today I received another invoice and I called, that lady was the same one I spoked last month, because her attitude was the same, unprofessional rude, like she never gets Dinner, Lol I asked to speak w the supervisor, rude, no ethic, no professionalism it all, and like I don't have the name of the person who I spoked at that time!???.or date,,, witch I did provide ,,, I have to pay for the trash can, and my Account was still open,,, They are horrible, unprofessional, no ethics, unacceptable, somebody needs to check this people, because they just screw people left and right read more

Trash truck took my trash can and blamed me for stealing it, this trash can is the can that was at the house when I bought the house 10 years ago, I called spoke with supervised ray who was very rude and told me the can does not belong to me lol, city and county need to get rid of price disposal people should not have to argue with people to have a trash can. If it weren't the only show in town, I would happily change to another waste disposal company. The customer service is terrible. A change was made to my service without any notice, then, when I called, the response I got was rote and uncaring. After talking to two women with no decision-making ability, I was referred to Ray's voice mail. I left a detailed and clear message. My call was returned a week later with excuses for not returning the call and asking what he could do for me, forcing me to tell the story for a fourth time. I got another rote response from him in a stiff monotone, that the company could not return my original service, which was a clerical error on their part, without doubling the cost to me and that I had no recourse. In reading the reviews, with the exception of the one 5-star, clearly the company cares nothing about their customers. read more

Service was great before, but since we use their dumpster in a complex of a few mobiles and cottages, the past 1 month was aweful. If you are using a dumpster, I do not recommend this service. They do not offer compensation for bad service, had drivers that are not trained on service / how to handle their dump trucks (dumped their garbage on the street trying to empty dumpser) and if you cancel early for bad service, they do not refund the time that you didn't use. read more

On January 22nd Price collectors drove right past my green waste can and emptied my neighbor's can which was only three feet beyond mine. I was in my drive way and saw it happen. I yelled at them to stop and get my trash and they drove on. I actually ran down the street after them but they either weren't paying attention and didn't see me or just blew me off. I called and complained but was told it would take them another three days to get back even though they were still in my neighborhood if then. read more

We have dumpster service with Price. Driver routinely fails to put dumpster back fully in enclosure. Today he left it sticking out 2 ft and partly obstructing the driveway for tenants. Poor service!!! read more

Customer Service is rude. They have forgotten twice to pick up JUST MY trash bin and say that it is because the driver said it was not out. BULL CRAP. The fact that they told me hat I didn't do something knowing I did is insulting and not the way a business should run. I have only been in my new house for 3 months and im already having issues with this company. Its unfortunate we cant select our own garbage service. read more
