The customer service at this location is non-existent and many of the staff are just plain rude and unfriendly. One in particular who works at the deli counter is distinguishes herself by being the worst of the worst. She NEVER greets you and when I've greeted her and asked her how she is doing her response has been either "Ready to go home" or a sarcastic "living the dream". No matter what I order it seems to be the most difficult thing and always seems to annoy her. The meat department is also a challenge. Sometimes the steaks that are precut and in the cooler just aren't what people are looking for. Whenever I've asked for a thicker cut of a steak, I've always been told that they couldn't do it for one reason or another. The seafood department is actually pretty good. They will cook fish order, whether you want it fried or broiled. The problem is that there doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason as to when they're open. It's really hit or miss as to what time they're cooking. In summary, I'd say that Price Chopper should pray that another supermarket doesn't break ground in
Oswego. The ONLY reason I can see why they're still in business is that they have the market cornered. read more
