I've used several different florists in the Oneonta area but none of them even compare to the gorgeous arrangements and the professional service I experienced with Wyckoff's. Every year I make sure to order my mom flowers for her birthday and because I'm out of state I never have the confidence of the quality of flowers she'll receive. But after speaking with the florist today he knew exactly what I was looking for and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They were able to deliver the flowers within a few hours and my mom couldn't wait to send me a picture and call to tell me how unique and beautiful the arrangement was. She said for all the years she's been getting flowers this was by far the most amazing bouquet she's ever received. Thank you Wyckoff's for being so accommodating and making it such a special day for my mom I will only be using your services from here on out! Heather

What she received in the arrangement was what appears (from the picture she sent me) a few pink roses, some pink carnations and this big, round Hydrangea of blue and white color. I felt the Hydrangea didn't pair well with the roses and other flowers used in the arrangement. The vase seemed too small for the arrangement as well. I tried to be fair regarding this and called the owner and she did talk with me about this but disagreed with my thoughts. I understand we all have different opinions on things. I will try to post a picture and those reviewing this can decide for themselves. I'm sorry to say I feel disappointed with what my mom received and will not use this florist again.

Hanna and Elle are outstanding florists and wonderful people to work with. My vision of flowers was was "pretty and lavender" and they took that and ran with it. My ceremony was originally meant to be outside but as the day got closer and the weather turned, Hanna made sure to be in touch with me and easily adjusted to doing the ceremony inside. Walking into the venue and seeing their work was incredible. The ceremony area was beautiful, the bud vases on the tables and along the mantels were so pretty and so perfect, me and my guests absolutely loved every detail. Hanna delivered the flowers to Beardslee, spent the afternoon setting up, and made sure to see me to give me and the bridesmaids our bouquets (which were STUNNING). From the initial consult all the way through to the wedding, she answered my questions, listened to my vision, and was all around amazing to work with. I can't recommend Mohican flowers enough, thank you Hanna and Elle!

Driving to my mom's house in this rural area, there isn't much around. I really wanted to arrive at her house with flowers. By chance, traveling through a small town called Cherry Valley, we stumbled upon A Rose is a Rose Florist. I went in and asked if they created arrangements on the fly. Jackie said yes (even though she was right in the middle of creating arrangements for a wedding), and within minutes created the most beautiful arrangement for my mom with a variety of roses and other beautiful flowers. She literally saved the day, and my mom just loves them! She even put everything in a pretty transport box. Thank you Jackie, for being an angel today. You are a blessing. Going forward, I will be ordering all my flowers for my mom, from you.
