Amina was wonderful! She was very attentive to the furniture we wanted for our new apartment. She made sure she walked us through the process and made sure we felt comfortable and understood every single detail. We love our furniture! Thanks again, Amina. read more

Cheap quality furniture and they want you to pay to have what ever you buy in store that's not a floor sample to ship from the Baltimore storage place. Do not go to this crappy place workers were rude and it sounded like they were making up there policy's on a customer to customer basis read more

So after purchasing furniture from them, I leased through Progressive Leasing. I paid $1129.28 for my purchase. I was told that I would make one payment of around $100 for the next twelve months. But after looking at my payments 9 months after the fact they over charged me. I called Progressive Leasing and Octavia answered and told me that they charged me $1461.47 for the lease. And I asked her for total or in addition to the lease. And she said in addition to the lease. So I asked her your charging me more than double the price of my purchase and she said yes. So I immediately stopped payment. And Price Busters should be ashamed for sending customers to a predatory lender like this. They are probably in cahoots! I'm never doing business with Price Busters again sham company. read more

I recently purchased some things from there I thought I received everything but when my friend pointed out I recei a wrong picture they want me to drive 30 mins away an 30 mins back to return the picture that can't even fit in my car so I have to pay someone to take it back and only thing they can do is offer me 50$ off my next purchase like I would ever even think about buying another item from them don't shop here customer service is trash an they are not willing to help if they are at fault read more

If you don't mind your salesperson smelling like weed and you enjoy loud trap music while trying to shop- then this is the place for you. Regrettably, it is not the place for me and I wish I could be reimbursed gas for even going over there. My kid begged me not to go, however I simply wanted to replace a chest drawer. On the good note this place has a wide selection it's bigger than the other location in Capitol Heights, MD. The prices are very affordable. I'm not certain of the quality although I saw some very nice pieces. I was advised delivery fee is $200 no matter the distance. I decided not to make the purchase.. I didn't feel comfortable using my bank card in this establishment.. I wasn't greeted until after 10 minutes of being in the store. The associate who did come kept dancing around and saying "Got some dope & took her to the O"... I wasn't interested in dope nor going to The O. read more

awful!!! let the company know about cushion coming out of the bottom of the love seat! Spoke with Jeff H via email, he said our claim was accepted and that we would have to pay 200$ for a delivery fee, I told him I would pick up the new couch and drop off the old one! His very next email after I told him I did not need it delivered so I didn't need to pay the 200$ they were trying to get out of me, his very next email was "your claim is now denied" Unreal!! companies like this should be put out of business! read more

This place is so used to getting bad reviews it does not phase the company or the ratchet employees that work there. The customer service is trash all the way from the store and the customer service email they give to resolve issues they create. The store lacks professionalism and class. If you want to deal with hood mentality then this is you place. It's a club/slash broke down furniture store. The management is rude, unprofessional and young acting even though they look old enough to know better. Worst service ever!!!!!!!! Until enough people start using the resources of the better business bureau or contacting the servicing loan companies they use to complain they will continue as status quo. Contact the serving loan companies complain so they will stop doing business with them, who wants their name attracted to a business with horrible service and products. I contacted the servicing company and they told me if I drop the items at their front door I am no longer liable to the loan agreement signed in the store. I am sure it has to be within a time frame but I purchased my items or what I thought I purchased but the you lady put the wrong item on the contact and I didn't catch it until the driver dropped the items off. Tried to talk to the delivery drivers and they speak no english, I was never given anything to sign off on the delivery tried to get them to take it back but again no english... worst company with the worst employees in the world. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE! You will regret it everyday read more

If i could give this place 0 stars i would. This place is literally a ghetto shit show. First of all I came in the the store and ordered my furniture in July and was told I would receive my order ( 2 sofas , Dresser with mirror, & a queen size bed ) august 11. August 11 comes and I was told the day of that my bed was out of stock and wouldn't be back until 6 weeks. Okay cool so i wait my 6 weeks and i called about 5 weeks and they stated it's still in the 6 week frame. After 6 weeks was up i didn't receive any calls from them. I called the place and everyone seems confused about my order and give me the run around & kept asking me did I finance my bed multiple times when i paid full price .... I was then told that my bed wouldn't be here until 6 months... At this point I have no more patience & I'm livid. I was given the option to order another bed but it's like that's not what i ordered. I was then told this bed would be here September 21. Then i call to check the status and they said it's out of stock and should be here Wednesday...... Wednesday comes and still no bed . Remind you i have taken off each of these days to get this bed because they don't give you a set delivery time they are suppose to call an hour prior before arrival. So i was told it would be here Friday. At this point I'm fed up. Today the bed arrives.... I didn't take off because this place is so wishy washy. I get a call from the delivery guys telling me they are 30 min away when really they are 15 min away. They were suppose to call me 1 hour prior. They then call me literally 15 min after that call telling me they ate here . I told the man okay someone will be down after they get dressed .The guy was very rude on the phone and blew up my phone 2 min later saying he can't wait any longer & then hung up the phone on me when it's his fault he should've called 1 hour prior like my instructions listed. Whatever you do don't come to this place. Save you money and time . & oh to mention the lights didn't even work on my dresser & mirror the bed frames mirror came cracked and they sent the wrong pieces to even assemble the bed . Like i said DO NOT COME TO THIS RATCHET ASS PLACE. They don't know what customer service is here and they will waste your time read more

The Captain bed and dresser I received were much darker than anticipated. The quality is solid but PB failed to include a hole in the headboard base essential for piecing it together. We had to drill a hole ourselves in order get the pieces to stay together securely. Additionally, we received the bed and dresser in the delivery but bed rails were delivered a week late and we had a brand new mattress just chilling in the hallway. This was so annoying because we had the old mattress removed in anticipation of having all pieces. Using a better courier could improve the customer experience. The assembly took about 3 hours and you definitely need two people. There are tons of little pieces, so it's strongly suggested that you organize everything prior to building. Overall the bed is sturdy and huge, which we love! The dresser is nice and sturdy as well. Customers could benefit from more items being assembled prior to delivery. Minor setbacks but decent bed and dresser given the price. read more

I called in to inquire whether some furniture pieces I'm interested in were in stock and was quite pleased with the customer service I received over the phone. Dana was accommodating and pleasant; one of the furniture options was considered a special-order item; Dana then provided me with another option to consider since the one I was interested in was unavailable at the location. I thought that it was very nice of her to mention. read more

Yesterday I went into this store to buy some things. Actually spend money not window shopping. I came in the door and a guy who was sitting on a couch said can you put on that hand sanitizer for me. I put some on. He didn't ask me did I need any help not even a hello welcome NOTHING. I walked through the whole store even the other side of the store and NOT ONE PERSON ASKED ME DID I NEED HELP. If the associates was helping other people someone could've taken a minute to ask me did I need anything and to let me know someone will be over to assist me momentarily. The guy that said to me put on the hand sanitizer he wasn't doing anything. He was just sitting on the couch with a white tank top on (undershirt) ugh. He seemed as if he was at home. Please know he definitely worked there. Funny thing I saw something I liked and wanted to buy but due to the lack of customer service I didn't buy it. I just walked out the door and didn't look back. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS STORE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS LACKING. read more

We went thinking that this would be the best place to furnish most of our new home for a decent price. We spent almost 3k and set up the delivery date for a day that we would be off work. Days before the delivery we were told that it wouldn't be there until the day after the scheduled date. In a rage my husband demanded a refund stressing that no one would be home and attempted to force them to honor the date they'd written on the receipt. If you choose to do business with this seedy location make sure you read your contract before you sign. The following will not be explained to you: no refunds, delivery dates are subject to change, if items are stolen or damaged they are not responsible, and they do not set up upon delivery. This is a clear money hustle without the value of customer service. I honestly dont think they care if you ever return to their no air conditioned store as long as they can get your money the first time. read more

This review is solely to highlight an employee at this location (Forestville, MD/Marlboro Pike). I walked into Price Busters on 2/8/2020 and Tiarra was the ONLY staff member who acknowledged me as I walked through the store. I came to the store with the intent to purchase the same day and as I walked to the back, she made sure she said hello and asked if I needed help even though she was already assisting another family. She helped me through my selection process and because of her helpfulness I was able to select furniture for 3 rooms in my home. She also helped with my decision-making process and walked me through financial options. Overall I would have left this location if not for her wonderful customer service. Thank you again Tiarra! Also, my furniture arrived and I love it! read more

So I got a complete set of furns for living room and bedroom, first issue was I chose a gold colored bed, they delivered a black one, I wasn't fast enough to open them before the truck left and totally missed it, I decided to change the color scheme of my room to accommodate the black bed and dresser. final it came to the dining set, they claimed assembly was super easy but it was all a scam, first all the parts didn't match and to this day (2monuts after delivery) I still haven't been able to get in touch with anyone by phone to complain nor have I bn able to set the chairs up, if you can avoid this place or price busters as a whole, then do so, it's so not worth it! read more

A friend recommended this store for nice furniture at a great price, however it's a little on the ghetto side. I need up with a great salesperson named Dana who helped me throughout the process. I ordered my furniture on a Tuesday and was able to get it delivered on Saturday which was perfect. The next couple of days about 4 other employees called me and said they wanted to help me with my application which was already completed ??? So there is a communication gap somewhere. I had a good experience overall. read more

I purchased furniture from here and later realized that this is a very unprofessional place that charges to deliver and they don't even set up or take the boxes that the furniture comes in and that's only some of what they do but also while loading my mattress they hit my truck and scratched it and the manager said that they are not responsible for damages while loading furniture read more

I hate that I have to give this business one star since they've been so horrible. Let's start with the delivery. They guys delivered my furniture and part of it was broken. Before I had a chance to take a look, they were gone. I didn't receive a copy of the invoice and they left all the packing plastic on my front lawn as a parting gift. I called the number to report my broken piece and was redirected to an email address. Apparently "customer service" isn't actually able to help you with an issue. So I emailed. When I finally received a response I was told they could give me $100 or I had to wait 3 months for a replacement. I counter offered the amount and we went back and forth. Finally I said I'd take the replacement piece - to which they then told me they couldn't confirm the time frame of delivery. Interesting. When I asked for the refund, they began to send one line coy responses, as if we were chatting on an app. Who runs a business like this?!? I was tricked. I am trapped. Don't be like me and spend your money elsewhere. Side note: They also don't accept returns. read more

I wouldn't even give this place in Forestville a zero rating but I had to give one star just so my review would post .Their service sucks and I've never been to a business where they lacked professionalism. Even if this business is independently owned, the manager should've hired professionals instead of a group of people just looking for a job without any experience. They need to close down and rethink this whole thing all over again. I purchased 3 rooms of furniture and they sold me a bed they didn't even have in stock and had to upgrade my bed and then the dresser had a delay for 2 weeks at least that's what I was told so I changed the address for the dresser and then they delivered it today to the old address so now I have to pay to move it to the new address. Soooooo unprofessional. They could've called me to let me know that the delivery was coming today so I could've re confirmed the shipping address. read more

I normally don't write reviews. However, my Price Busters experience was great. I have no complaints. My order arrived on the day requested. Yes we went 3 times however the third time was a charm instead of a table we came out with a king size bed & chair. Overall we had a great experience and we're definitely going back read more

I was shopping for a bedroom set and a dinette. An advertisement on the radio AND their circular says "free delivery." I get in the store and it's not (false advertisement). Negotiated price with salesperson Shawn and he gave me an invoice. "Hope" the supervisor did not approve. Shawn said come back today, because supervisor today wouldn't let a sale like this not happen over $150. Apparently "Hope" flagged the sale, then got on phone with a bad attitude, rudely cut me off mid-sentence, said she not honoring the invoice I had, and proceeded to try and tell me what each item costs, as if I didn't see the prices on the floor yesterday. Again, the difference between her price and my invoiced price is only $150, which technically is the delivery fee that shouldn't be charged. Needless to say, they just lost a sale of a bedroom set AND a dinette set. I'll happily take the thousand and change I was going to spend there elsewhere. read more

Where do I begin... went into the Forrestville location and things went relatively well. Learned that all of the merchandise is kept in Glen Burnie. I made the purchase on Presidents' Day and the furniture was delivered that following Thursday. The delivery guys show up late and are obviously in a hurry. They put the things in their perspective rooms. I signed for the delivery and immediately opened the boxes. One of the bed rails were cracked. I instantly called Forrestville, they directed me to the Glen Burnie location. I called and of course no one answered the phone. The voicemail instructed me to send an email, which I did. I sent several and no one ever contacted me nor answered the phone. I eventually got in contact with my bank and they were able to get in contact with them. But it was a long process and the quality of the merchandise is poor. read more

Nobody asked what side the chaise should be on and when I called back the next day to inquire was told that the opposite side to what was ordered was a special order and would take 3-6 weeks. They said they would double check and call me back, never did. I assumed that my order was staying the same and re arranged me room for it only to find out they switched it and did not tell me. Now, my whole order is waiting on the sectional or they want to charge another delivery fee. They were rude when I called and could care less.
