"This needs replaced asap, thats broken and will break down if not replaced soon" and quotes are prepared before you even show up. NONE of that occurred. I wasnt targeted to be upsold on a single thing. I didn't get the typical lecture of needing to spend hundreds of dollars in the near future. Dan told me everything checked out well, ran my payment and they both wished me a great evening! I came home and told my boyfriend if he ever needs work done he doesn't want to do, to take it there. To purchase a new set Les wanted $1200. I found some tires at Tire Rack with a longer tread warranty for $650. I ordered them and had them mounted and balanced at Erickson. Great service - they did it while I waited without an appointment. Later that day I had a flat on another car. Took it over to Erickson and they again took care of it on the spot. Yesterday I had them put brakes on my work car. Cost less than a 1/3 of what the local dealer quoted. Plan on getting all my maintenance done here from now on.
