Welcoming and comfortable. Reservation honored. BYOB We tried several of the appetizers, soups and salads. The grilled shrimp, grilled calamari and a portabello with eggplant and mozzarella were flavorful and nicely presented. We really enjoyed the roast duck, a special. The menu is varied and dishes are sophisticated. The filet mignon with gorganzola was a winner and the portion, consisting of two filets, was enough for two. Everything was fresh and well prepared. I want to go back and try everything on the extensive menu. Deserts were typical italian selection of ricotta cheesecake, tartufo etc. all hit the mark. When we looked up we were the last table there and no rush. We liked it enough to go back the very next nite and several times thereafter.. read more

Not sure why this place is so busy all the time. Food is very bland. Sauce had no flavor. If you are used to food with flavor maybe you'll like it .over expensive and too fancy for mediocre food. Better off going to a pizza place and ordering food read more

One of the best Italian restaurants in Warren. I have been living in town for two years and have ordered take out from here at least once a week. They are also very flexible and will prepare just about any dish you are in the mood for. read more

Went there for dinner at 7:00 appetizers came out at 7:05 dinner came out at 10:00. Service was horrible, manager had to have recognized there was a problem with such a long wait however she never came to the table to check on us. When the food came out the fish was dry and looked like it had been sitting on a warming shelf for two hours. There are a number of Italian options in this area. The professionalism at this establishment is horrendous and I would not recommend patronizing this restaurant. read more

Our absolute favorite local Northern Italian restaurant! Friendly, courteous staff; fresh ingredients; pleasant, casual and understated elegant atmosphere. The 'must try's' on the menu: Osso Bucco with saffron risotto, the lightly battered delicate calamari and when in season the most delicious sautéed soft shell crabs! Yum! read more

Came here for a surprise bday party. The service was very good. The food was okay. I had the calamari, eggplant and mozzarella, portabello, and veal marsala. read more

This is by far our favorite place for Italian food now! Every time we come everything has been exceptionally good, and our dining friends agree. Their Osso Bucco is beef, which is unusual, and it's delicious. The Chicken Cacciatore is perfect, with an outstanding sauce. (Both of those dishes deserve to be on the regular menu instead of the daily specials, IMO) Chicken Scarpariello is very good also, as well as their Arrabiatta sauce. A little hard to find the place, but well worth it. Try them...you definitely will not be disappointed! read more

Heard people talking of this place. Wound up going but woefully disappointed. Poor service - I'd see more of a ghost than our waiter. Refill water? Nah. Small portions - check And I had an upset stomach that whole night. Coincidence? I'm not sure. read more

Although we've been going there a long time the main staples are pretty good, but you would think after years that even the specials would change, it's just become so boring everything is blah blah blah same same same. have not been going as much because it's just redundancy over and over again. No creativity at all in the kitchen! read more

Pennie vodka was eh medieoker at best. Servers were rude constently reaching over you grabbing .ask if I want more don't just grab and fill. Tiramisu was dry lady fingers were not soaked properly. read more

Wonderful service! The food was just okay, but the service makes up for it. It's a byob which is also a plus. Great place to host a large event. read more

Had a family party here in the private room, and while I was impressed by the food, the service left A LOT to be desired. The manager was very rude and unaccommodating- the servers did their best and were pleasant but bad management just ruined the whole experience. read more

We have dined here several times and have always enjoyed the food, service and ambiance. It's a BYOB, which we appreciate, there's always a warm basket of freshly baked bread while you consider the menu. We have been more than pleased and will most definitely return again. There is also a separate room available for parties. Returned last night, and once again had a delicious meal. read more

Made reservations at 7:00, table was ready, 4 of us, we brought our own wine, excellent choice of appetizers. Two had different shrimp dishes and two had the mushroom raviolis, all were excellent. read more

Celebrated my 50th birthday here last week in the party room. Staff were organized and assuring leading up to the party, they also came up with several great ideas while we were planning the night. On the night, Remi and Val were excellent. Service and food far surpassed our expectations. Food was all served hot and promptly. Would definitely recommend for a party and for dinner. Thank you all. read more

Prezzo Restaurant - Italian Near Me - Warren, New Jersey

We enjoyed a beautiful evening out at Prezzo and were truly impressed. Not only was the food delicious, the service was excellent and the wait staff was very attentive. Food is different and fresh. Love the shrimp with fava beans, spinach and cheese tortellini is a dream, and the tirimisu was the best I have ever had. We will be back! read more

We recently hosted a party here for my Mom's 70th birthday party we had about 50-60 people in their private room. The service was good very attentive and accommodating. The place on the outside was not impressive but the room was very nice and roomy for this size group. The food was good I almost gave it 4 stars but wasn't thrilled with the main course, I had the steak special which is an upcharge on their sit down menu and it did not meet my expectations. The appetizers were the hit of the night great selections and good quality glad there was plenty so was kind of full between apps, pasta and salad all very good. This place is BYOB so good for brining in your own wine and beer and savings a few dollars. Overall my Mom was suprised and everyone had a good time, I would give it another try myself and would recommend for anyone interested in having a private party. read more

Hostess was very friendly and accommodating. Waiter service however, was quite bad...We had to constantly ask our waiter for more water and ended up pouring own wine. Waitstaff seemed uninterested in patrons. The acted as if they were doing their customers a favor by helping serve. Food was not as good as expected...We thought this might be competition for the best Italian restaurant in Warren, which is Al fies but it doesn't come close. On an evening when we could have been seated at Alfie's, we opted to try Prezzo and were disappointed. read more

Prezzo is an excellent family restaurant! The food is always freshly prepared and always excellent. The ambiance is nice and cozy. Have gone multiple times and have never been disappointed. I've also hosted a party in their private dining room for 80 people and the food was excellent and the service was great. All the guests had nothing but praises for the food and the staff. What's even better it's BYOB!!! read more

We have been here several times. The food is always very good, and the kitchen is willing to change an entree to suit your wants. Our reservations have always been honored on time. Service is good, but depending on the waiter, can be a bit brusque. I would not recommend this place if you want a casual (say 2 hours) dinner on a busy weekend night. You will be rushed to order, courses will arrive quickly atfer each other, and you will most likely feel rushed to finish and leave. read more

As a frequent patron of Prezzo the food has been consistently good. Nice selection of dinners and very accommodating to any special dietary requests. The pasta's are great as area the veal and chicken dishes. The decor is upscale and allows for a nice, quiet dining experience. It is a BYOB which is also great and the prices are reasonable. Great for take out too! read more

Run-of-the-mill Italian spot mostly popular with locals. The food is pretty average, though definitely a step above the Olive Garden. I had the Chicken Milanese, which was basically salad on top of chicken schnitzel. (A strange concept, but tasty nonetheless.) The place is also BYOB and has no corking fee, which is pretty great. read more

We had a rehearsal dinner here last Friday evening, and all I can only say is that this was the most fantastic experience. From the first time we met Remi until the actual night we had the dinner here. Remi was so very accommodating and pleasant to work with. The food was fabulous and the staff was amazing. Thank you for taking such good care of us. You are a class act. I highly recommend this restaurant. read more

My hubby and I went here last week for a night out and it was fabulous! Very nice atmosphere, parking was easy, and the meal didn't break the bank. The restaurant is BYOB which my husband and I love! We each got appetizers to start - my hubby went with the Calamari - and even I who does not like calamari - thought it was fantastic! Cooked to perfection! I got a cheese appetizer that was delicious and changed my life - would totally recommend it! And the dessert was so decadent! We got a slice of the carrot cake and the tiramisu - they were both to die for! The wait staff was extremely polite and very knowledgable about the menu. We had a fantastic time and have recommended it to friends and family! read more

It's Tuesday night and the seafood was so fresh. My 8 and 5 yrs old split the Linguine w/ white clam sauce. The clams were plump and juicy. The linguine was cooked aL dente. I ordered the branzino (a fish special for tonight) and it was done perfectly. Oh, the best part of the meal, the appetizer. We ordered the shrimp w/ white beans over arugula salad. Delicious. The service staff was so nice and attentive. I am truly happy with my meal tonight and I would definitely return again for seconds. Also, BYOB... gotta love it!! read more

Prezzo is new I never heard of it and I drove by so decided to try it on a Thursday night while visiting my parents for the holiday, it was pretty good! service was a little slow but my apps were delicious, and my entrée was pretty good as well. I remember it being called Torino which I remember being a little bit better than what I had but overall it was a good experience and they seem to be doing a pretty good job there! read more

We have been here couple times. The restaurant is elegantly decorated, clean and neat; also very comfortable. The quality and delicacy of the dishes is outstanding. We recently had a milestone anniversary party at Prezzos for 65 people in their special party room. The food, and service was outstanding and the ambiance was just lovely. Remsy was most helpful and patient in helping us plan this large party. We had a DJ and the dance floor area was more than adequate. The wait staff was highly professional and no one had to ask twice for anything. All service was with a genuine smile which made for a most pleasant dining experience. How unusual, these days, is that? Some of my guests actually took their leftovers home with them. I believe it was a testimony to the delicious dinners that were served. There was so much to eat and no one went home hungry. My friends are still talking about the wonderful food and great party. If you have a party, you can supply your own wine and liquor as they do not have a liquor license. This is quite a saving so you can really splurge on any extras. I cant wait to have another occasion to party there again. Meanwhile. I love Prezzos and their inventive menus and excellent fresh food. I think it is one of the best restaurants in this whole area. Dont hesitate to go there for lunch or dinner. You wont be disappointed.. read more

this is becoming our favorite local italian restaurant. the service and more importantly the food is of the highest quality.
