Upon arrival, we reviewed the allergies with the waiter and he even confirmed again the allergies of EGG and NUT. The food was good and service as well but my daughter had a significant allergic reaction within 10 minutes of finishing her margherita pizza, throwing up in the downstairs restrooms for 1/2 hour. The only response from the manager was sorry... I'm sorry but the basic first response should be to refund the meal. Egg and nut allergies can be very severe and we are cautious about where we eat, unfortunately some establishments don't really do their due diligence to make sure Pattons are safe, very disappointing! Sorry but would have to give you 1 - star and say that the managers attitude was very dismissive.

I don't even know how to describe the JOY that circulated throughout our table as we ate our truffled pasta. Well worth the wait. My only issue is that it was a bit hot inside. Utterly fantastic!…read more We popped into here on a whim looking for a quick appetizer and a couple drinks before our dinner reservations at a nearby restaurant. We hadn't eaten all day and also had been awake for an incredible length of time so we just wanted somewhere to go. Will admit that I did not initially realize it was an Italian restaurant. I judged the restaurant based on the stain glass windows that said bar. I would realize later that many buildings are repurposed and the traces of the old building are not entirely wiped away. We were greeted promptly and warmly and seated. I had the bruschetta and honestly it was some of the best I have ever had. It was so flavorful and fresh! I had two glasses of Aperol Spritz and was very pleased with how refreshing it was! I was extremely happy with the whole experience!

The restaurant has Italian charm as you turn the corner from the bar area, and it looks as though it may have an upstairs space available as well.

I had a mixed opinion about this place because of reviews I had read and I hate to agree with them. The customer service definitely could have been better. My table was for a party of one (myself) and tell me why a party of 3 that arrived after me managed to leave before i got my check. I felt ignored by the staff and quite honestly, treated differently. I have no problem pouring my own drink but I did see the servers pour for all the other customers and did get a couple uncomfortable stares. Nonetheless, the food was decent/pretty good and I believe there are better options.

Dandy. Then the absolute horror of realizing you'd ordered a cheeseless pizza happened. You'd even not had any cheese during the starters as an offset. And there you are staring at a few anchovies swimming in tomato sauce. I lived in Europe for 5 years and have been coming frequently for 25 and pizza Napolitane (as they say in France) is my go-to item. It ALWAYS has cheese. I'm pretty sure their menu description is correct-- but the question remains: why?
