Both times, they came the day we called, or the next work weekday. On time, efficient, and professional. The prices were good, and the process was easy and painless for us. I showed up at 8am on Friday, and was greeted by Nash before the shop opened at 8:30am as walk-in customer. I had spoken to Nash on the phone the day before and gotten a quote but forgot to make an appointment. Nash told me that they would have to order the windshield as the shop can't keep everything in stock. He said they could grab the windshield during their 9am parts run, it would be at the shop by 10am, and then it would be about 2 hours for install and calibration (or about Noon). I was back on the road by 10am. Thank you so much! My friend has been here twice before, and I will definitely be back because of the quality, value, and speed of service! They've been in Rocklin for over twenty years and I can see why. If you need to wait: there aren't any shops or restaurants nearby (and Pacific can be a pretty busy road to walk), but there is a small waiting area in the office.

Super Low Price Auto Glass is a fantastic place to get a windshield chip repaired! One of the best…read morethings about this place is that no appointment is necessary, making the entire process incredibly quick, easy, and convenient. They do an excellent job at a very affordable price. Of course, with any chip repair, you may still notice a small mark where the damage was, but their work makes it significantly less visible than many other repairs I've seen. They also accept insurance if that's the route you prefer, but their out-of-pocket pricing is excellent as well. Great service, quality work, and affordable prices. Highly recommend checking them out if you need a windshield chip repaired!

They mentioned being at least 10 minutes early to get you checked in so they can start working on your car right on time. I actually arrived at 9:45 and it took all of about 2 minutes to check in and they pulled the car in immediately. I was told it would take 90 minutes to two hours to replace the windshield and recalibrate the camera. Their waiting room is nice and cool inside, with a coffee machine, a TV (on ESPN), and a clean restroom. Exactly 2 hours later and my car was finished. Since I had provided my credit card info when I booked the appointment, the billing was already handled. Although the cost of the replacement windshield was (barely) less than my insurance deductible, this is where my insurance company recommended I take it. Seemed like a decent value. On a side note, since I was sitting in the office where they greet customers checking in, I was shocked how many people show up AFTER their scheduled appointment time. They still take the cars in, but obviously, they'll have to wait for scheduled cars to be finished first.
