I also asked if I could just hang out and work from their lobby while they did the repair, and they said that was fine. When I got there, they gave me the WiFi info and I just worked off my laptop the whole time. It took about 3 hours like they said. The lobby was bigger than I expected and the internet was fast enough to actually get work done, so that helped a lot. Location is solid too, there's food and shops nearby if you don't want to sit the whole time. One thing I thought was interesting, I have a friend who owns a windshield shop in another state, and I sent him pics after. He was pretty surprised at how clean it came out for the price, said it probably comes down to them doing a high volume of jobs. Overall just a smooth experience. I choose to take my car to the Rancho Cordova location. I have been to various other locations, but it was my first time at this one. Long story short, my car windshield was replaced without any issues, the customer service was great (good communication), and the wait was less than a couple of hours as quoted. I replaced the windshield a couple of months ago, so far no issues. The techs installed the windshield with no damage to my car; no stretches or dings. It was easy to set an appointment online and even edit. I know because I had to reschedule twice. If you want to call them directly to talk to a live human; you can do that as well. No attitudes.
