Rear window was smashed on a Sunday. John was immediately responsive and came out first thing that Monday morning. Repair took about an hour. Easy. Worth noting that the person that smashed my window probably did it with a screwdriver which caused some damage to the plastic outside the window, and John filled it (rather than there being a ripped plastic hole). So I contacted my insurance broker to get it going. He told me that a couple years back in order to help reduce my insurance costs they upped my windshield deductible, so he said I should just not go through insurance and to get some quotes direct from the glass companies.
