Called this morning and Jennifer picked up. Cheerful, happy and ready to get me on the schedule. When could she.? Today! Same day, not a 8 hour window! 2 hour window and they would call ahead. I have a bit of a wasp problem, James being very allergic to bees laughs throws on a jacket and keeps working while I start playing call of duty with bug spray taking down bees left and right! Didn't skip and beat, kept working! I forgot the battery was dead, so the trunk didn't open. While they worked on the front windshield I worked on popping the back trunk so they could continue! Worked around me with laughs and jokes the whole time. You can tell these guys work well together seamless well oiled machine! We used USA Auto Glass Replacement for replacing our Class A motorhome windshield. Our windshield is one large piece of glass and our insurance carrier's contractor (Safelite) couldn't replace it (too big). As a result, we were on a search for a local place that could do it, ideally at our storage yard we keep our coach at in a neighboring suburb of Sacramento (Rocklin). Fast forward to finding USA Auto Glass Replacement. Ashley in the office was such a super star partnering with me to get our insurance company to approve the cost estimate in time for us to get it the glass ordered, shipped and replaced to well before our two week road trip that was just 3 weeks away. The glass has to cure for 48 hours after install before you can drive the coach, so we we're cutting it close. This windshield isn't cheap ($5000+). So paying out of pocket and getting reimbursed (assuming approval) was not ideal. My insurance company (Nationwide) let's Safelite manage the first part of that approval, which took WAY too long. I mean, the call center staff at Safelite didn't know if it needed to be replaced or repaired (I had to keep asking questions about it to finally get there) and also didn't even know they couldn't replace the glass on a windshield this size. After the long delay (nearly 3 weeks), Safelite approved it and then Nationwide had to provide secondary approval that took several days too. After nearly a month of headaches trying to get that approval, it all went through and Ashley at USA Auto Glass Replacement ordered the glass same day to make sure it got here on time for install, curing and making our trip on time. My hubby met the crew at our indoor storage yard and USA RAG sent a team of 4 to get the work done. They did an AMAZING job and worked fast. I'm literally writing this review on our road trip and it wouldn't have happened on time without the great work and support at USA Auto Glass Replacement! Thank you!! Worst service of mankind! Front Window Replacement for 2010 TL. My family has been in auto repair for over 30 years. Called a week ago made appointment. Got car ready scheduled for arrival between 9 - 12pm. Waited called waited called no answer. Waited called. 4pm they finally called me back. My shop closed at 5pm. Our van is being renovated and is not operable so we had to revert having the work done at our residence. Two eyebrow windows at the roofline had been leaking as well as some other side windows. I just had both windshields replaced in our Class A motorhome. These are very big windows. I had checked from Texas to Nevada to get someone to replace these windows. It was up to 3 months out, and a lots of humms and aggg. Both were cracked from road damage. From the day I talked to Ashley until the completion of the installation was a little over 3 weeks by the time they receieved clearance to replace them from the insurance company.
