They broke my passenger side mirror and tried to cover it up using windshield epoxy. Before giving my truck back, they told me to be careful with the mirror because it was a little flimsy but never mentioned that they had broken it and attempted to cover it up. When I brought it to their attention and asked if they could find a replacement for me, they kept brushing it off, saying they couldn't pick up the mirror because it was raining. Additionally, the trim for my windshield wasn't cut properly, causing water to leak inside my truck, and they've been ignoring my calls. I do not recommend them unless you want something quick and botched. read more

Customers beware. My vehicle's window was broken and I needed it repaired as it was a daily driver. I was able to get an appointment to get it fixed in a few days. Went to pick up my vehicle and window was replaced but not repaired probably as the window did not close properly. The company wanted me to pay extra for that repair which was ridiculous. Why not do the job right the first time instead of trying to charge me extra for their mistake. Will be taking my business elsewhere as this is bad business practice and now will need to find a trustworthy facility to help me with this issue. read more

My 1999 BMW ( that I take very good care of) had a 6 / 7 inch crack in the windshield. I found a coupon in the valpac thing that comes in the mail, and he had a good price $264, they are a mobile service but I didn't want to wait so I drove to them they fix my windshield in a timely manner.... BUT when I was checking it out after I asked if the tape was going to peel off my paint he said "no that's special tape it not suppose to" usually you see people with blue tape on their car but this was clear and looked pretty strong, he said wait a week before washing the car. At one week I took off the tape and it peeled off the clear coat off the roof. I called he said to come to show him, I went down the next day. I stopped at caliber collision before to get a quick estimate he said about $2000 you have to paint the whole roof. Thomas's the owners answer is "you have old paint". I said I would not have fived a small crack if it was going to ruin my paint job he just kept on saying its a old car he did not even offer a credit or refund i just wanted my car fixed I want you to know it says in the small print on the receipt you get after the jobs' done that they are not responsible for any damage. Unfortunately for me I got a chip in my windshield the day after due to a road trip. They filled in the chip for free and cover chip repair for a year. I was able to get a same-day appointment for mobile replacement of my windshield, for $100 less than a competitor company that wouldn't have been able to do it that day either. They are resourceful, they are friendly, and they will do what ever it takes to fix your car and put you back on the road . My car's windshield was smashed by a flying baseball. I contacted three companies and although they promised the world none came through. After 45 days of waits, I was informed that a windshield fir my car is not available and they can not give a date that will be available. Run! Run! Run! Take your business elsewhere. These guys DO NOT know what they are doing. I took my truck to get its back window fixed. I followed their instructions and as soon as the tape came off (I was told they did not use the correct tape and it can cause damage) the Windows started sliding down. Called them immediately and they "fixed it". A Month later we got rain, and my whole backseat were soaked and my window was sliding down AGAIN! I appreciate them fixing my window through another company, Capital Auto Glass - Fulton Ave ( Amazing install and service). Now they refuse to pay for the water damages their lack of install has caused. The manager, Thomas and Mario have terrible customer service. read more

They were really decently priced and convenient because they came to me. The technician was a really nice guy too. Only reason I'm giving 3 stars is because he left my door latch broken. I can't open my door from inside my car. And.. he didn't clean up the shattered glass that fell out of my door and onto the ground. He used a blower to blow the glass under my car.
