Executive Mobile Auto Glass - Great service! - Windshield Installation & Repair Near Me - Sacramento, California

It was a quick process. The staff was cool. The price was good compared to other glas shops and the service was to the point.

The price and professionalism were competitive, but my my wife noticed that the technicians had removed the weather strip. When asked about this, they told her there wasn't one. This was incorrect. She didn't appreciate the deception or the casual dismissal. read more

They broke my passenger side mirror and tried to cover it up using windshield epoxy. Before giving my truck back, they told me to be careful with the mirror because it was a little flimsy but never mentioned that they had broken it and attempted to cover it up. When I brought it to their attention and asked if they could find a replacement for me, they kept brushing it off, saying they couldn't pick up the mirror because it was raining. Additionally, the trim for my windshield wasn't cut properly, causing water to leak inside my truck, and they've been ignoring my calls. I do not recommend them unless you want something quick and botched. read more

I recently got my car serviced at Executive Mobile Auto Glass and overall had a great experience. They were listed as the closest shop near my house and saw that they had good reviews. When I called, they quickly received my claim from Geico and scheduled me an appointment for early Monday morning. When in person, JB assisted me and answered all my questions. If you ever need a window fixed, I recommend going here. Thank you Thomas, JB, and team for your great customer service and fixing my car! read more

Customers beware. My vehicle's window was broken and I needed it repaired as it was a daily driver. I was able to get an appointment to get it fixed in a few days. Went to pick up my vehicle and window was replaced but not repaired probably as the window did not close properly. The company wanted me to pay extra for that repair which was ridiculous. Why not do the job right the first time instead of trying to charge me extra for their mistake. Will be taking my business elsewhere as this is bad business practice and now will need to find a trustworthy facility to help me with this issue. read more

They came on time right to my work and got the job done swiftly. I do have a crack at n my windshield that I will need to repair next. And I'm definitely call them!!! Thank you again! read more

Executive Mobile replaced the windshield on my Porsche Panamera. I had air leaks when driving on the freeway. I contacted them and was told they couldn't help me. Please DON 'T ever use this company. Bad quality of work and worse customer service. read more

I needed my windshield replaced on my Chrysler 300. My coworker recommended this business. Based on the reviews I was a little skeptical, but they're near my office, and they quoted a reasonable price. I dropped the car off on my lunch and picked it up later on that day. My windshield looks great, the customer service was great and I didn't have to spend an arm and a leg. read more

My 1999 BMW ( that I take very good care of) had a 6 / 7 inch crack in the windshield. I found a coupon in the valpac thing that comes in the mail, and he had a good price $264, they are a mobile service but I didn't want to wait so I drove to them they fix my windshield in a timely manner.... BUT when I was checking it out after I asked if the tape was going to peel off my paint he said "no that's special tape it not suppose to" usually you see people with blue tape on their car but this was clear and looked pretty strong, he said wait a week before washing the car. At one week I took off the tape and it peeled off the clear coat off the roof. I called he said to come to show him, I went down the next day. I stopped at caliber collision before to get a quick estimate he said about $2000 you have to paint the whole roof. Thomas's the owners answer is "you have old paint". I said I would not have fived a small crack if it was going to ruin my paint job he just kept on saying its a old car he did not even offer a credit or refund i just wanted my car fixed I want you to know it says in the small print on the receipt you get after the jobs' done that they are not responsible for any damage. I don't recall signing anything before the work.... read more

Guys are quick and respectful. Great prices and service, asked if I could glue my headliner in while they had the glass removed and they offered to do it for me. Unfortunately for me I got a chip in my windshield the day after due to a road trip. They filled in the chip for free and cover chip repair for a year. Can't beat the price but to me the service was what really makes them the go to guys for windshield replacement. read more

Thea guys are great. Very fast and clean. They come out to our shop and get done exactly what we asked for. Byrds Garage highly recommends!

After our car was broken into, we called around and no one was available until next week, until I called EXECUTIVE MOBILE! They were available same day and fixed the window faster than I expected. I almost gave up but they came through and saved the day, we were able to get on with our travels after they conveniently hooked it up. I never write reviews but I had to. They were professional and AVAILABLE! read more

I had woken up one morning with my car window busted out and my windshield smashed. I called, they were able to take my car immediately. They were able to replace both windows for $850, and they got it done in about 2 hours. They also vacuumed out the broken glass all over my front seat and floor area. Super quick, easy process, and good job done. Definitely recommend! read more

Great customer service, price, and great job on the new windshield. Will definitely recommend A1 to those who needs windshield replacement.

The side view mirror in my benz GLE350 got broken. I shopped around and got estimates between $1300 and $1900. But a friend referred me to A1 Executive Auto Glass and they got it done for less than $500.00. They also replaced my wife's benz GLC 300 for less than $400.00. But more than the lower cost is the professional attitude of Tom and his employees. Nothing, courtesy and friendly service. Sebastian Oduni read more

Great service awesome and timely completion of work.

No complaints with this company. I was able to get a same-day appointment for mobile replacement of my windshield, for $100 less than a competitor company that wouldn't have been able to do it that day either. So they are faster and cheaper than competitors. The crew was nice and everything took about 45 minutes. So far, so good with the new windshield. I would highly recommend! read more

Fixed my windshield in approximately 40 minutes. It was super convenient to have the work done while I was at work. They did a great job. read more

This auto glass company is most highly recommended. Mobile service at its best - with the quality of the windshield replacement (even better than the original), the professionalism of Thomas, the hands-on owner (as if nothing happened to the windshield, and even cleaned parts of the interior that he didn't have to), and money very well spent, I cannot ask for more! Trust Thomas will fix your auto glass, without you breaking the bank! read more

As far as I am concerned, Executive Mobile Auto Glass is the best in the car glass replacement business. They are resourceful, they are friendly, and they will do what ever it takes to fix your car and put you back on the road . My car's windshield was smashed by a flying baseball. I contacted three companies and although they promised the world none came through. After 45 days of waits, I was informed that a windshield fir my car is not available and they can not give a date that will be available. I cold Executive Mobile Auto Glass who was able to locate the correct windshield in Canada, had it shipped overnight and fix my car . i was on the road within three days following my call to them. Both thumbs up. Try them ou, you will not be disappointed. H. Bolkan read more

Run! Run! Run! Take your business elsewhere. These guys DO NOT know what they are doing. I took my truck to get its back window fixed. I followed their instructions and as soon as the tape came off (I was told they did not use the correct tape and it can cause damage) the Windows started sliding down. Called them immediately and they "fixed it". A Month later we got rain, and my whole backseat were soaked and my window was sliding down AGAIN! I appreciate them fixing my window through another company, Capital Auto Glass - Fulton Ave ( Amazing install and service). Now they refuse to pay for the water damages their lack of install has caused. The manager, Thomas and Mario have terrible customer service. read more

They were really decently priced and convenient because they came to me. The technician was a really nice guy too. Only reason I'm giving 3 stars is because he left my door latch broken. I can't open my door from inside my car. And.. he didn't clean up the shattered glass that fell out of my door and onto the ground. He used a blower to blow the glass under my car. This was done in the parking lot of the office I work at. read more
