The owner did a fantastic job and I was more then satisfied with his work. It doesn't end there however. I was driving on power inn after I got my windshield repaired and not even 1 mile away from the shop I get another rock chip. I couldn't believe 2 rock chip in an hour span. So I u-turned back to the shop and the owner couldn't believe I was back so soon for another repair. He gladly took care of the second repair and didnt try to make my day worse. I've gotten a penny-sized rock chip. I was gonna DIY it myself but decided to look around Yelp and stumbled upon Rock Chip AutoGlass. Let me say this, I'm very picky on who I want working on my car. Their service is top notch and they got me in and out within 10-15 minutes. They're really affordable if you pay out of pocket but they also take insurance as well. I highly recommend them when getting a windshield chip repair. I've attached pictures. It's not "perfect", but it's probably way better than what I could have done. Also the chip was on the tinted part of the windshield which is why we can still see it. Overall, they did a very good job! read more

They have a nice checkin counter and waiting room up front with nice furniture and a big screen TV. The repair area is in the back. The man at the counter verified my appointment and walked out front to take a look at the chips. "No problem" he said. I gave him the key and he drove it to the back repair area. He made the repair in less than 10 minutes. It was $50 for the first chip and $15 for the second chip. I thought that was a terrific deal and I'd definitely come back. Just an FYI, they do tack on an extra 3% if you're paying by credit card. Debit cards have no extra charge. I went ahead and used my debit card. read more

I have been going to Rock Chip Autoglass since 2019. I initially brought in my Acura RSX for a small chip that resulted in a small star break. During the inspection process, they also identified another small chip that could be repaired. Pricing is very reasonable at $50 for the first, and $15 for any additional. Since then, I have come in another 3 times with my Tesla model 3- the windshield glass on the Tesla is awful and star breaks occur with the smallest of chips (ugh). The guys here have helped me repair all of these, and each time they also look over the repairs that they did previously, to make sure they are still holding up. I usually call to get an appointment- with an appointment, I have never had to wait. The entire process usually only takes about 15 min. Definitely would recommend. read more

Some low life's broke my driver side window while my car was parked on my driveway, they even broke into my neighbors car and actually went in his car. I checked on Yelp for a car window spot and this place popped up and it had 5 stars. After coming here now I know why they have 5 stars. We called got a quote on a window replaced they book me down for an appointment and after work I came out here. The employees here were very professional and fast. I would hate to have to come backand replace another window but I wouldnt mind coming back for the exceptional service. They do Window replacement and window tinting, you could buy some windshield wipers inside here and they also have some other things for sale, such as candles and some sort of cleaning supplies. 2 Stars - Could've been better. The whole experience was good and if things had gone as planned I would have definitely given them 5 stars. My car got broken into over the weekend, I called around 14 places to get estimates and soon discovered my glass was back ordered. Then I called them, they said they had 1 in stock and could install it same day. Asked for verification that they actually had it, they said yes and I showed up to my appointment. About 30 minutes after they been working on my vehicle prepping it for install the gentlemen lets me know the part was mislabeled and they in fact don't have it. I will give him thanks for helping me find a part with a dismantler in Rancho, but the cost of the window alone going down this route was almost as much as what they had quoted me for everything. After talking it out, we were able to agree on a price for labor so I drive out to Rancho to pick up the window. In the future, If I needed a new window would I call them for a quote? Yes. Would I do business with them again? Yes. All in all the situation wasn't great, had they had the right window I'm sure everything would have gone smooth. Both of the gentlemen were very friendly and had great customer service. They have a quiet, air conditioned waiting room where you can wait. Definitely check them out. read more

I came across this business with high reviews. The phone call was quick, easy and to the point. To my surprise, for 3 chips their price was half of what Natomas areas quoted me. I set an appointment, went in and got out.
