We contacted Max and he was able to come and help us on short notice. He was able to disconnect the old one and install the new one, which included hardwiring it as there was no outlet. Just what I like to see. Highly recommend them. I don't know if they are higher or lower than most cause I didn't have a chance to get other quotes. But I'm just glad it's fixed. I want to be slightly nit picky. After the job was finished and they had gone back to their work truck I went to inspect the pipe. They had left the old parts laying on the ground instead of disposing of them. It would have been nice if they would have wrapped the loose heat tape around the pipes instead of letting it lay there as in the picture and they disconnected my water hose but just left it like that instead of reconnecting it like some might expect them to do. If I do a job I leave it just as I found it after I'm finished. Those are small things but make a difference to ME
