The only reason why I only gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because sometimes they would cut my eyelid a bit while threading I have a lot of baby hair underneath my eyebrows so sometimes it can get tricky. But, overall they do a good enough job for me to keep on coming back. They also have a loyalty program where if you get 10 services you get one free. The vibe in the store is pretty chill. They usually play Indian music in the background.

They shouldn't offer waxing if they aren't super excited about offering the wax and it wasn't worth $40. I liked the decorations when I went but staff demeanor was always so-so. Not truly welcoming. But again if you're purely interested only in the result and not the experience (or possibly getting ripped off) then this could be an ok place to frequent. I prersonally won't go again.

Each time I look in the mirror I can't help but appreciate the day I was introduced to Jee Kim. As a 60-something, I had struggled for years to give color and shape to my sparse eyebrows. I knew a permanent makeup solution might be helpful, but I also knew that not all procedures produced a natural look. After a short conversation with Jee, I sensed that she was not only a gifted artist, but someone who had total confidence that I would be happy with the results. So, I scheduled the 2 hour brow appointment. The procedure moved along smoothly with very little pain or worry. Jee stopped now and then to give me a mirror so I could see the progress being made. When she was done, I looked in the mirror and saw a beautiful set of brows that returned color, symmetry and structure to my face. It has now been a full 6 months since my brow procedure and I couldn't be happier. When I was in Phoenix I had my brows done with microblading. I wasn't able to go for my touch-up because I didn't have the opportunity to return to Phoenix. So I called around in the East Bay where I live and everyone wanted to charge me the full price to touch them up. Some people flat out said they would not work on someone else's work. Jee was willing to look at the pictures I sent over and said she could do my brows so I set up an appointment. My brows had faded and were very light so she needed 2 appointments. The price she gave me was very fair. The location was very professional, well decorated, soft music, very relaxing. I felt no pain whatsoever. After our first session I was amazed at how good my brows looked. They were beautiful and made the original job look inferior. I just returned this week for my touch up and my brows look great. AMAZING...is all I have to say. I recently had my eyeliner done by Jee and was very impressed. There was very little pain (actually there were times it was actually relaxing..I know...weird). Jee was very sweet and has a great bedside manner with a gentle touch. My girlfriend had her brows done, which is something I would have NEVER suggested in a million years because they all look like one solid line that looks totally fake. However, Jee does this hairstroking technique which looks so natural. You can't even tell that it is a tattoo. So if you're looking to have permanent makeup done, I HIGHLY recommend Pretty Please. I have to go get my liner touched up, but since she did such a great job on my friends brows, I think I might just have to get it done myself...it's that good! I was very nervous to take the plunge with permanent make up since I have pretty much NO eyebrows, I was extremely nervous of the outcome but Jee's website was very informative and the pictures were great to see. I would like to recommend Jee to anyone who is considering permanent makeup. I had my eyebrows done and I am so pleased with the results! I've had to blend my natural brows with with brow pencil as they have lost their shape and volume over the last few years. Instead of being a solid, colored-in mass, they are feathered with individual strokes, much more natural looking than other tattooed brows that I've seen. They lasted a long time for the price and after they were completed, I did not have to get them touched up until now. What I like is her knowledge and her expertise of knowing what I needed. There are a few reasons I felt comfortable moving forward with Broderie Ink: - Angela herself. She's a perfectionist and a pro. She was patient with me and her knowledge of her craft convinced me to trust her with my virgin brows. - Nanoblading: this technique is what she specializes in and yes, there is a difference between nanoblading and microblading so do your research. Nanoblading takes time, but it's well worth it. - Natural brow strokes/style: I wanted very natural-looking hair strokes and a no makeup look - basically, I wanted my brows to look the same but fuller. I don't wear make-up often and having very defined brows all the sudden (although they look nice on others) wouldn't be natural on me. Ultimately everyone has different wants for their brows, so speak up about what you want, trust Angela and know that everyone's brows heal differently - you may need a touch-up and that's normal. I honestly had never thought about getting the bottom lashline done, and I was genuinely not sure about adding it on--it was Angela's suggestion! But I am thrilled with how it came out. It definitely makes me look more awake and does NOT emphasize my dark under eye circles, which I worried about. Honestly, in my admittedly limited experience (got my brows/top lashline done once before elsewhere), lashlines last SO LONG on me that they're totally worth it. Last time my brows didn't even make the 2 year mark, but I could still see the lashline clearly after 5 years! So here's hoping they hang around this time. 2) If something is asymmetrical after your initial job, don't freak out, just let Angela know and it'll get taken care of in the touchup. She listened to what I was hoping for - a natural look. Since I had been lightly using a light brow pencil for years - my brows had not been thick and lacked color. When I came to Parisa, I was concerned that the new brows would be too dark and thick. Although my new ombre powder brows are darker and thicker than my brow pencil - the new brows highlighted and lifted the appearance of my eyes. I originally thought I solely wanted microblading and was against micro shading because I thought it wouldn't look natural. After discussing the look I was going for with Marie (natural but darker and to save me time from having to fill my brows as part of my regular makeup routine) I went with her recommendation of doing the ombré effect with more shading and less blading. I am so extremely happy with the results! My brows look just like they do when I would fill them myself but fuller and more defined but still natural! I literally don't leave the house without "putting my brows on", which is annoying and time consuming. Marie's studio is so nice and so so clean. She is obsessive about the cleanliness which made me feel great. I was really particular about the shape of my brows and she was actually thankful for that. She mapped my brows for about 2 hours until I was perfectly happy with them and didn't blink an eye about it. Throughout the procedure she asked me how I was doing and made sure I was really comfortable. She worked on my brows until they were perfect. She wouldn't settle for anything less. We joked that she had OCD for eyebrows :) my new brows are amazing. The shape is perfect and I love waking up and not having to do anything to them. Marie is incredibly sweet and kind, you will love her!

Owner worked her magic on my lashes and they ended up nicely symmetrical. The lift lasted at least 4 weeks! She hand-plucked my brows and tinted them with a nice color that she thought out. My brows haven't looked so good in so long. So grateful for this service. I might not get my lashes done often (at all), but I will definitely be back sooner for my brows.
