I decided to watch my dog on camera 3 via their camera feed. I watched as a staff member kicked a dog and grabbed another by the neck and threw her. Unbelievably poor behavior as a business owner. I've given this place multiple chances between grooming and boarding and every time has been subpar. I have never complained until this time, because I was hoping they could redeem themselves somehow. The staff who is there is nothing but nice people, but the owner is nasty & should not be given the platform and ability to serve the public that he has. I can't recommend avoiding this place enough.
