So I have been trying to come more to help out. She does a great Russian manicure and have been coming for about a year. She texted me back and told me that I am confirmed for 5:30pm and they would see me then for my Russian manicure and pedicure. I left the house around 4:30pm to get food and get there early to eat. I got food and was pulling into the parking lot. I got a text telling me they were busy and I needed to come tomorrow. I was already there and I was not available on Sunday. Having my appointment scrapped for walk ins was truly disappointed. We confirmed me coming in hours ago and my appointment was scrapped. Not okay. I have been coming for this long because the work is great. They are expensive and the prices fluctuate big time. Also I bought my own gel polish to use and they told me they have it so they could charge me an extra $15 for their polish. This just really let me down and can't keep doing business like this. I will not be returning…read more When I arrived, I clearly requested a manicure with DND Clear Pink. Instead of providing the color I asked for, the technician repeatedly tried to substitute multiple different shades and insisted they were "clear pink" when they clearly were not. I even looked at the bottles myself and knew they were different colors. After several attempts to explain what I wanted, another employee came over to assist. They disappeared for a while and eventually returned with a bottle labeled "DND Clear Pink," but it looked completely different from the actual product I have used before. The bottle itself didn't even match the standard DND packaging, which raised even more concerns. What frustrated me most was feeling like my concerns were being dismissed. I knew exactly what color I wanted, yet I was repeatedly told I was wrong. Throughout the interaction, the employees continued speaking among themselves in their language and would occasionally say "clear pink," which made the entire situation feel uncomfortable and unprofessional. To make matters worse, after all of the confusion and after I decided not to proceed with gel polish, I was still charged an additional fee to remove the existing polish. So not only did I not receive the service I specifically requested, but I ended up paying extra as well. There are far too many nail salons with excellent customer service to deal with this kind of experience. If a client tells you exactly what they want, listen to them instead of trying to convince them they don't know the difference. Very disappointing experience.
