She explained every detail of what she was going to do, showed me the new needles for the procedure, and informed me should I feel any discomfort, to let her know. This was my third brow procedure so I knew what was involved. Aryna used very soft delicate brush strokes and has a light touch overall. When my brows were completed, I was very impressed and pleased with the results. She then said, she wanted to show me how my eyes could be enhanced with a little color added just above the lash line. She applied a thin line of powder along the lash line. When she handed me the mirror, I was again impressed on how such a small detail could make my eyes pop. She had the time and I went for the eyeliner detail. She was thorough on the process and what I might experience during the procedure. She used a very delicate touch and there was minimal discomfort. After the procedure she applied cooling pads to my eyes for a specific time. Wow, my eyes and eyebrows looked phenomenal! Aryna is highly educated, has many years of professional experience and forwards her knowledge and experience by providing lectures and has been involved with judging competitions. Her sweet personality and professionalism made me feel very comfortable and confident about the decisions I made that day. I'm glad I chose her services and highly recommend her services to others. Her work is incredibly natural and soft - it's honestly perfect. Nobody can even tell I've had my lips done, and my brows (which she just touched up after two years!) still look fresh and beautiful. What sets her apart is her eye for detail. She has a natural talent and intuition for what will look best. I didn't give her any direction - I just told her to do what she thought would suit me, and she absolutely nailed it. So I went back for brows and lips. I made it clear that she should NOT follow the natural shape of either my brows or lips since they are not naturally symmetrical. The whole point of getting permanent make-up was to save me time having to draw-in my eyebrows and lips to make them look nice and even. I drew the lip line myself so she would know the exact shape I wanted. She somehow messed up my lips shape anyhow. Now I have lips that are a totally different shape on the right and the left side. The outline is broken, jagged and totally missing in some sections. She made them worse than before! I asked her if she could remove the pigment where it was making my lips look misshapen. She said she didn't do pigment removal and I'd have to go to someone else. Who does permanent make-up and won't even correct their own work? I was due for the second application of pigment to my brows. I clearly asked her to correct my partially colored and oddly shaped brows. While I was there she said I should have told her I wanted the lips corrected since she would have done that too in this visit. I reminded her of our phone chat where she said I should go to someone else and she said she didn't say that. So, poor work and gaslighting! What an unprofessional way to act!! She worked on my brows and they ended up unevenly colored and differently shaped after all. I've been to another permanent make-up artist to remove some of the color from my upper lip that is waaaaay out of the lip area, and it didn't work. I now have to spend hundreds of dollars to go through more painful procedures to fix both my crooked eyebrows and uneven lips. It's amazing she's still in business! If I still lived in CA, I would be suing her.

Her blonde client's eyebrows looked so great I had to get mine done right away! I booked my appt with April for the next week and then started reading and asking around about the pain, etc... I began to get very nervous reading about the pain and bad experiences people had at many places! People I know that have gotten it done before told me it just feels like scratching and it's not that bad. I am a big baby when it comes to pain and warned April when I got there :-) I got there and April was just finishing up on a patient and didn't have to wait for too long, but even if I did I understand that she's the only one in her office that does the tattooing, so I expected to wait. She got me numbed up for the full 45 mins and we discussed what I wanted and she drew what they would look like. After we perfected look, the tattooing began. At first it felt like she was taking an electric shaver to my brows, didn't hurt at all! Then as the process went on, being the baby that I am, it did start to hurt like a normal tattoo to me anyway. So if you've ever got a tattoo before it feels like that so expect some pain but it is tolerable. I am extremely happy with the results and can't wait till they heal to see the true color and total look. I will post before and after pictures when they heal. I will say don't be afraid to ask lots of questions, April will answer them all. I probably sounded really paranoid and mentioned I was nervous many of times :-) (This is the only reason why I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was because I felt like I had to ask a lot of questions since I didn't know much about it at all and it just came natural to April since she's had so many clients, but a little more explaining of the process would help out a beginner client like me) Update......... It was the very first time I got microblading, so she carefully went over the process with me, so I don't feel uncomfortable during the process. She measured my eyebrows and nose to make sure I get perfect ratio between my brows and face. I was amazed by her professional working style.
