There is a pond, fire pit and picnic tables throughout the area.it is a nature preserve park with many native plants along with some for sale. I suggest wearing a hat and sunscreen. While there are paths, sturdy shoes or work boots are good too along with a bottle of water. I did sera sign for bathrooms as well. They have a compost pile on the side.if you happen to have peelings from vegetables feel free to drop them off on your visit and learn how they make black gold for the soil.

We had a group of about 15 Cub scouts there finishing the ferns and animal related topic badge. The lady who gave a lesson about how to track or discover animals around us during our daily life, but the lesson was in a small room with no AC. The boys were not interested in the discussion at all. The session was informative to the parents, but the lady seemed unable to handle younger kids. We then took a nature walk outside and the boys were very into the hike. The trail was clearly marked and easy to access by foot. Parking lot was relatively small. Overall it was an okay experience.

It was also great that the parking lot was nearby and covered (it was raining heavily that day - but we didn't get wet at all!) SI seems to be bigger and has more games and Howard Beach has less games compared to this location. This place only has the trampoline area but SI has both trampoline and adeventure zone. I went to this location MLK monday afternoon around 330pm and place was busy. Luckily I already had a playpass so didnt have to wait for the long line at the register. Even though it was busy, there were still alot of tables available. This location has games that the other 2 locations didnt have. For example, Scooby doo mystery van Kiddie ride, Connect Four basketball game, Halo shooting game. They also had an air hockey table that was kiddie sized but longer than the kiddie hockey table at Howard Beach. I didnt try the food here so cant comment on that. The trampoline zone was pretty busy here as well. Overall, this is a pretty good location with a decent number of games. My 4 and 1.5 yo kids had a good time.

Attendants were also on each area as an extra set of eyes which was just what I needed, specially for my 9 year old autistic son. One of the attendants, Lola, went above and beyond by also helping my 2 year old feel included since she was too small to get on any of the play areas by herself. Lola helped guide her and made sure she had a great time. Spider-Man and the girls in the DJ booth also were so lovely and sweet! They paid attention to every child, and again, included my tiny 2 year old who could easily be missed around so many other kids. The play areas were clean and well attended. The party room was spacious and the decoration looked wonderful. Again, the attendants made sure everyone was taken care of. The food was also delicious and plentiful! We all left so tired but also really happy with the entire experience. Can't wait to go back!
