She cut my nails too short and denied it, despite them being half their original length. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, Sunny was defensive and unprofessional. The owner eventually took over and was even more unprofessional, raising her voice and telling me not to return if Hannah wasn't there. She then charged me for a full set of tips that I never received. I did a fill-in. When I asked why she overcharged me, she said that a fill-in and a new set of tips cost the same, which is a lie. She was nasty and derogatory with her words and started yelling at me when I tried to explain to her what I wanted. I also recorded everything they said in their language, and when translated, I realized the nasty things that they were saying. This is by far the worst nail spa I've ever been to on Long Island. Compared to the massages in Thailand, this was like 75% Thai, 25% deep tissue, and it was fantastic. In Thailand, they don't use oil. Here, they did, and it was great. Near the end, some appointments came and they began rushing. Two women began working on me at the same time. One hand in the air crossed and the other one at the woman in front of me (see picture); it was honestly a shit show. For two simple sets, my cousin and I ended leaving at 1:30 pm. 10:50 am to 1:30 pm. Come on now. They ended up charging me $120 for just my nails (never have I gotten charged that much for something so simple). And then had the audacity to laugh at the $10 tip I left after all of that.
