It is bright and clean inside. I know another location opened in Oceanside recently, but I haven't tried that one yet. This is my favorite salon because Hannah does a fantastic job. If you dread sitting in a chair for an hour and a half to two hours, look no further. Hannah removes my powder gel and creates a design in just 60 minutes. I usually show her a photo, and she always delivers exactly what I want. I can't recommend other nail technicians, but Hannah is amazing at what she does for as long as I've known her. She does book up quickly because she is just that good, so be sure to book her at least a week in advance. Depending on the day and time, the parking lot is shared with the Dunkin' next door and tends to flood when it rains or snows, so be mindful of that.

Chicki (I hope I'm spelling her name properly) did my nails and I cannot say enough good things about her! She was so attentive and did an absolutely amazing job on my nails and pedicure. I was very nervous because I'd never had tips before and Chicki was so so sweet and made sure that I was satisfied with my nails. I showed her a picture of the kind of nails I wanted and she made mine look better than the picture. I genuinely enjoyed coming here and it was such a great time with the ladies who work here. Unfortunately, Sunny, the technician, not only struggled with the shape but also had a poor attitude when I pointed out the mistakes. She cut my nails too short and denied it, despite them being half their original length. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, Sunny was defensive and unprofessional. The owner eventually took over and was even more unprofessional, raising her voice and telling me not to return if Hannah wasn't there. She then charged me for a full set of tips that I never received. I did a fill-in. When I asked why she overcharged me, she said that a fill-in and a new set of tips cost the same, which is a lie. She was nasty and derogatory with her words and started yelling at me when I tried to explain to her what I wanted. I also recorded everything they said in their language, and when translated, I realized the nasty things that they were saying. This is by far the worst nail spa I've ever been to on Long Island. I will NEVER go back. I've heard way too many people complain about how rude they are and the horrible work that they do. Overall, this was a frustrating and unpleasant experience.

Compared to the massages in Thailand, this was like 75% Thai, 25% deep tissue, and it was fantastic. In Thailand, they don't use oil. Here, they did, and it was great. My body was stretched and beaten, and I feel like I just ran a marathon, in the best way possible. Anyway, the spa itself is really nice. I was pleasantly surprised. I've lived in this town for over three years and never thought to go in, but it's lovely! The staff is great too and the prices are very fair.
