I genuinely wanted to continue supporting the salon, but unfortunately, my most recent experience was the final straw. My nail technician was Jean, and when I first started going to her, I was very happy with my services. However, over time, I began noticing several red flags. I would routinely make my appointments two weeks in advance, only to arrive at my scheduled time and still have to wait. I also noticed that Jean would tell me she could do certain nail designs, but once the appointment began, it would become apparent that she could not execute the design as promised. During my most recent visit, I specifically asked Jean beforehand if she could complete a particular design, and she assured me that she could. As the service progressed, I realized that the design was not coming out the way I had requested. I very politely asked her to stop because I was not happy with how it was turning out. Her reaction made me uncomfortable, and it felt as though she was upset with me for simply expressing my concerns. To make matters worse, she had already cut my cuticle during the service. At the end of the appointment, I felt extremely uncomfortable because it seemed like they were rushing me out of the salon. My nails were done on Friday, and they are already chipping. For the price I paid and considering the fact that I have been a loyal customer for almost three years, that is completely unacceptable. Unfortunately, this is also not the first time I have felt that Jean has been aggressive or had an unpleasant attitude toward me. I have overlooked previous incidents because I genuinely wanted to support the salon and maintain a good relationship with my nail technician. However, this experience crossed the line for me, and I will no longer be returning. Another issue is the front desk. The owner, Jessie, also handles the front desk by herself, which frequently results in very long lines just to pay and leave. I understand that running a business can be challenging, but after being a customer for nearly three years, I expected a better overall experience. It honestly saddens me to write this because I have supported this salon for a long time. However, loyalty should be appreciated and met with professionalism, good customer service, and quality work. Unfortunately, that is no longer the experience I am receiving here. I hope the salon takes this feedback seriously because I would hate for other long-term customers to have similar experiences.

When the girl who sat me down told my nail tech what I wanted she very loudly said "what why?!" The first girl shrugged as the nail tech continued to complain. I told her I didn't want that one to just give me a regular pedicure I didn't complain about how rude she was. Today I decided to try their new location down the block and I wanted the pedicure with a 15min steam. The girl didn't do the steam and when I went to pay they gave me a coupon for my next visit. They didn't offer to take something off my bill which I thought was ridiculous bc I didn't even get the service I wanted so I left the coupon and won't be going to either location. I've worked in customer service my whole life and the service is bad. And these 2 situations were not the only time, I've heard the techs complaining before, just bad vibes.

I was able to get an appointment the same day and that was great. I came here on my birthday and they offered me sangria and coffee while getting my nails done which was honestly really great. Chicki (I hope I'm spelling her name properly) did my nails and I cannot say enough good things about her! She was so attentive and did an absolutely amazing job on my nails and pedicure. I was very nervous because I'd never had tips before and Chicki was so so sweet and made sure that I was satisfied with my nails. I showed her a picture of the kind of nails I wanted and she made mine look better than the picture. I genuinely enjoyed coming here and it was such a great time with the ladies who work here. I will say however, it's pricier than your regular nail salon but I see myself coming back here because I'm very satisfied and the service was great. I recommend this place!!

Unfortunately, Sunny, the technician, not only struggled with the shape but also had a poor attitude when I pointed out the mistakes. She cut my nails too short and denied it, despite them being half their original length. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, Sunny was defensive and unprofessional. The owner eventually took over and was even more unprofessional, raising her voice and telling me not to return if Hannah wasn't there. She then charged me for a full set of tips that I never received. I did a fill-in. When I asked why she overcharged me, she said that a fill-in and a new set of tips cost the same, which is a lie. She was nasty and derogatory with her words and started yelling at me when I tried to explain to her what I wanted. I also recorded everything they said in their language, and when translated, I realized the nasty things that they were saying. This is by far the worst nail spa I've ever been to on Long Island. I will NEVER go back. I've heard way too many people complain about how rude they are and the horrible work that they do. Overall, this was a frustrating and unpleasant experience.

Compared to the massages in Thailand, this was like 75% Thai, 25% deep tissue, and it was fantastic. In Thailand, they don't use oil. Here, they did, and it was great. My body was stretched and beaten, and I feel like I just ran a marathon, in the best way possible. Anyway, the spa itself is really nice. I was pleasantly surprised.
