Excellent prices for an outstanding arrangement. I don't have a photo because it was delivered for a wake, but when I arrived I was shocked to see which arrangement was mine. Due to the price I thought it was going to be on the small side, but on the contrary, it was a huge and absolutely beautiful arrangement that I'm very happy with. Without a photo, I'll have to ask that you just believe me when I say it was colorful, but calm for sympathy. The best I could have ever asked for. I also wanted to sort of play with the 4th of July color scheme without being overly patriotic. Plus, it was an outdoor wedding on a pretty hot day, so the flowers had to be able to withstand the elements. All these requirements, along with the fact that I don't really know anything about flowers, left me confused and without a "vision" of what I wanted. I was thrilled to find that Poppy Floral was able to take my abstract ideas and select flowers and arrangements that perfectly created the theme and environment I was looking for. The best part was my beautiful bouquet. Again, I feel I did a very vague job in describing what I wanted, but somehow Poppy Floral was able to design something completely perfect and specific to me. The boutonnieres turned out equally as lovely, especially since I was even more clueless as to what they should look like. And, when my husband realized last minute that he had forgotten his own boutonniere at home, Meghan somehow was able to create another, minutes before the ceremony, with some leftover flowers she had forethought to bring along. My wedding was small, 75 guests, and I knew that I didn't require a great deal of floral arrangements. Kerri listened to what I was looking for and we emailed back and forth with pictures for inspiration. She was always communicative and uses a very efficient online proposal system that makes things so much easier to view your estimated proposal. When it came closer to the wedding and we had our meeting with Kerri, she created a beautiful mock-up centerpiece arrangement that was so helpful to visualize our wedding day. Kerri was always available by email to address changes and even gave us suggestions on where to find various other items for our centerpieces we were looking for. She even got on the phone with me a few days before the wedding to go over all final details for both the ceremony and reception flowers. I thought delivery fee was a bit higher than I've paid in the past, BUT they delivered the planters on the same day, exceeding my expectations! The person I was talking with gave me no indication whatsoever that my requests would not be fulfilled. There was not one of my requests fulfilled. I looked on Amazon & butterflies and food dye (to color white flowers blue) would encompass no more than $10 & 5 minutes maximum of their time. I didn't look into having the ribbon to say Sis but I'm sure the ribbons are easily manufactured to the clients request simply because different names are on ribbons. I feel that their attitude is they yes you to death in any request with no intention of ever filling the request, and yet they calll themselves a florist, which to them means you pick the arrangement, which their website doesn't show, they tell you what the the price is of the different arrangements & that's it. I feel they are totally dishonest & are deceptive with their business practice. if you can't fill the requests say so at that time not accept my payment then produce what they want. For $10 & 5 minutes they have lost a customer.

I mostly have to avoid the place because I literally cannot leave without buying a plant and I'm running out of surface area in my house. I probably wouldn't go here again unless I was looking for a cactus or succulent, and even then there's slim pickings.
