This is truly the worst matcha I have ever had. It just takes like watered down oat milk. I'm so sad right now what a waste of money

Wanted to get out of the cold to have some hot chocolate, which we got, and pastries, but none anymore at 4:30pm. Still some sandwiches, salads and jarred items. The downstairs area has tall tables/counter with high stools so is not for sitting too long; upstairs area was closed.

Labeled as tumeric chicken and farro but ended up being a tomato soup.

Bought a large soup priced at $7. On the machine it showed up as $7+ Tax at time of paying but somehow my credit card transaction showed up as $10+. Rude if they decided to tip on their own when the machine didn't ask for a tip. And on top of that, the soup was mislabeled and didn't get soup I originally wanted.

Just picked up my Free bakery item at Union Sq location! I've received many generous promotional items from Pret A Manger such as get one free 16oz iced/hot/specialty coffee every Friday in July & August. I recently received a notification for one free bakery item every weekend in Sept, super generous! Make sure you download their app and sign up for their newsletter for some awesome free treats. I also love the "little cup of goodness" (cup of greek yogurt with slivers of granny apple, cinnamon, and granola) for breakfast. One of Pret A Manger's core values is to alleviate hunger. I can vouch first-hand how passionate the company is in donating unsold food to various local organizations and partners 365 Days A Year: BRAVO Pret A Manger!

The Quick: Love their vegan cauliflower fallafel hummus salad! Great spot for a quick grab and go healthy lunch or snack.

What is not to like about this place? Wandered in here the other day looking for something different for lunch and was happy I stopped in. - Clean, bright, and spacious decor. - Diverse selection of freshly made sandwiches, salads, and wraps. - Hearty and tasty soup selections. - Seating on main level and large upstairs level. - Friendly and quick counter staff. - Clean bathrooms - Wifi enabled Had the Balsamic Chicken and Avocado sandwich. Tasty, moist, and flavorful. Also had a medium size Moroccan Lentil soup which was terrific and full of curry type flavor. Went to sit on the upstairs level at the front overlooking the store which was great for people watching. What's cool about this place is that everything is made fresh daily with organic and natural products. No additives or extra preservatives, which can cause all types of problems to our bodies. They use local suppliers for their products. At the end of the day they donate leftover food to City Harvest which is a wonderful charity. Also, it is in a great location in Union Square.

the second floor seating area is convenient but the music is ridiculously loud, even with noise cancelling headphones in.

Misleading specials, manager and staff had no idea how they worked. Waste of time and money to walk in.

Upon arrival we noticed the difference in crowds. Not as busy and packed sidewalks. Also it was a lot cleaner than Chinatown. Since we just ate at C-Town, it was time to find a good dessert place in K-Town. So we walked and we walked until I saw a banner sign showing shaved ice desserts. Then I noticed the name of the business is Grace Street. How fitting, because that is my wife's name. So we went in and what caught my eye was a mango shaved ice with mangoes, mochi, strawberries, and condensed milk, however I was over ruled by my wife and we went with the black sesame and mochi and condensed milk. It also had red bean, but that had to be on the side, since that gives me gout. Such nice staff taking orders and we went into the dining area to find a seat. What a large spacious area with many tables. Our order came out and it looked so good. The black sesame shaved ice or snow as it's also referred to as, was perfectly sweetened by the condensed milk and the chewy mochi. Definitely cleaned my pallet from our Chinese lunch and it helped cool me down from the New York heat. We got water, but there was no ice offered, so I asked one of the workers and he was kind enough to get me some. We are through that dessert like, if we didn't finish it fast, it was going to melt. We did not give it a chance to melt one bit. The staff here are efficient, as they saw we were done, they asked to clear our dessert bowl away. It was a nice experience even if it was just dessert. They definitely had more dessert options to offer, but i

I really enjoyed their matcha basque cheesecake with a prominent, deep matcha flavor. The texture was pretty smooth and loved how it wasn't too sweet. The Ho-Dduk has the lovely combo of sweet brown sugar/caramel flavor and creamy vanilla ice cream. When its hot, the dough is super chewy on the inside and slightly crispy on the outside. The mango bingsoo had a good mango flavor; wasn't too tangy nor too sweet. Mangoes were fresh for the season. The elixir or the matcha bingsoo was solid too, but I still preferred the strong matcha flavors from the cheesecake. Lines sometimes are long but it also moves fast! After ordering, you get a buzzer that will tell you when your desserts are ready. Lots of seating options from tables to high tops.

We worked with Eric via email and he was great managing and making sure everything was settled ahead of the event. On the day of our lunch, we arrived around 20 minutes early and the table was already set up. We had two servers throughout the meal and they were lovely. They made sure everything was set up and we had everything we needed. For a large group reservation, they have a $60 minimum and you order everything ahead of time. (The afternoon tea set is mandatory for everyone to get). We had the afternoon tea set, caprese tarts and strawberry parfait for all attendees. The food was filling and tasty. Tea is always so good as well (I always get my Rose Lovers Milk Tea!) All in all, a great option for a group reservation in the city!

We got the Ube Crepe Cake and Chocolate Lava Cake. The size of both were the perfect amount since we just wanted something small to end the night. The ube crepe cake was really light and creamy. The ube flavor was pretty subtle, and I mostly tasted the cream. It's a perfect light dessert, but I would've liked the ube flavor to be stronger. The chocolate lava cake was super rich and decadent but also really delicious. I feel like it kinda battled with the ube crepe cake since they're total opposites. The staff were friendly. The interior was really cute and had a relaxing type of atmosphere that made it great for a nice place to sit, chat, and have dessert.
