There are so many handmade items, from candles to soaps to jewelry and more. If there's someone in your life who is hard to shop for (or if you're that person, which is totally fine, just own it), this is the place for you. The service here is friendly and helpful without being overbearing. If you have any questions about any of the items they're happy to answer them for you, but they're not pushy about trying to get you to buy something, either. Definitely worth stopping in if you're taking a stroll through Greenport.

When we were asking questions about products in the store she seemed really annoyed that we were bothering her and gave a vibe that she just wanted us to leave. Was kind of a bummer because we were prepared to drop a bunch of money on easter gifts for family. We still bought a few small things. We are clean cut adults and I think we're pretty nice humans in general so maybe we caught her on an off day. We both walked out and kind of were like, that was weird. Don't want to knock the star rating down too far, but wanted to mention this for possible future customer interactions.

I had a blast going through the racks looking at dresses, each one more beautiful and different than the last. I tried on a ton of stuff here. The staff was really friendly and helpful, even going as far as to look for a dress I fell in love with to see if they could find it in my size anywhere for me. The prices here are decent but on the pricier side, which I actually didn't mind because everything was so cute and different, it wasn't something you'd likely find elsewhere. If you're in the area I'd definitely recommend stopping in here. Your wardrobe will thank you!

So, naturally, when in Greenport, I was basically on an all day high. Walking up and down the main street, there are a few little (and big) vintage and antique shops, but The Times Vintage was by far the coolest. It literally feels like you are stepping back in time a few decades (photos uploaded for proof). There's a section in the back that feels like a movie set from the 50s, except you can touch and shop. Ideal dream store basically. I almost immediately found a bag I loved and I am very rarely as decisive as I was when I proudly declared that I would be getting it. Perfect summer staple that I've been on the hunt for for awhile. I'm so happy I found it second hand! I can finally delete the Banana Republic and Jcrew versions I've had saved. They have everything from records to clothes to houseware, all very well curated and decently priced. Very much worth a visit.
