I had a blast going through the racks looking at dresses, each one more beautiful and different than the last. I tried on a ton of stuff here. The staff was really friendly and helpful, even going as far as to look for a dress I fell in love with to see if they could find it in my size anywhere for me. The prices here are decent but on the pricier side, which I actually didn't mind because everything was so cute and different, it wasn't something you'd likely find elsewhere. If you're in the area I'd definitely recommend stopping in here. Your wardrobe will thank you!

I spent over an hour & half trying on and creating outfits by picking out items I wanted to buy from her discounted rack. Gave at least 8 of the items to the girl to hold at the counter as i continued to shop. The manager went through those items, came up to me and said one of the dresses should not have been on the rack. okay no problem! When I went up to buy the rest of the pieces , The manager took them ALL AWAY into the back without even showing me or even giving me a chance to purchase what I had picked out and tried on, Wow!!!! It's like she used me to source out items to then change them to a higher ticketed price for another time when they were clearly tagged!!! It's not like the quality of these items were worth that much . She Left me feeling completely shocked and drained. Be careful of this manager switching pieces prices and even taking items back . one of worst shopping experiences I've ever had. A huge mistake made and then to not make up one accommodation to allow the customer to purchase one piece for The stores error is something I've never experienced . So disappointed

Staff is very passionate about their store and will even sell you opposite sex clothing if you look at it. Amazing mix of housewares, jewelry, footwear, clothing, games and the like. You are sure to leave with something or at least be amazed by something else. Selection varies weekly so it makes a great spot to stop after your TJ Maxx excursion. I remember walking…read moreinto the Vintage Twin in 2020, pulling a Tshirt off the rack, and being at a loss for words due to a $150 price tag for a "meh" shirt. Fast forward 7 years and I'm walking into Montauk Vintage, ready to laugh at the exorbitant prices. "Montauk" and "vintage" are two words that I never thought would go together. We entered into a beautifully curated space, which you can tell most of the items were hand picked with someone who truly knows ball. My first thought was "this is about to HURT my pockets." The first thing that really caught my eye was an old empty can of Camel Light cigarettes. It was a big can, so I thought it would be an awesome place to put the matches we collect. I turned the can over, ready to see a $50 price tag, but did a double take when the handwritten price said "$10." I ran over to a small stack of folded tshirts for a heat check. As I got to the bottom of the pile, there was a purple XL shirt with a graphic that spoke to my soul. It was from a "Wheels of Time" car show from 1992. I told myself if it was under $50 I would buy it. As fate would have it, it was $49. Don't get me wrong. $49 is still expensive for a 30 year old tshirt, but I just had to have this thing. Right when I was checking out, I couldn't wait to wash it so I could throw it on IMMEDIATELY. As I was copping the shirt and the Camel Lights can, I told the owner behind the desk "you actually have such reasonable prices for such a curated store..." "Right! I can't stand when vintage stores charge hundreds of dollars for a tshirt..." She gets me. I'm at my desk typing this in my Wheels of Time tshirt, and looking at the can full of matches on the bar cart to our right. They have a 'good eye' for buying, and designers will love the furniture and home decor. Perfect place to buy something to re-purpose. The old timer "Lloyd" who runs the joint is a great, funny and friendly ole guy who will offer a bit of jokey sarcasm and a story..... free of charge. I am already planning on going back!
