Called the delivery people, who are contracted by Lowe's, they say.....well, who knows what they say. The phone connection sucked, they spoke Spanish and I don't. I called Lowe's and the guy at the appliance department literally said "Not my problem" . Here it is, now April, and no handles. If Lowe's is the only place in the world to buy something else, I'm doing without. I would advise anyone else to do the same. That's what we get for allowing these companies to run out the mom and pop businesses who thrived on customer service. Lowe's suck and doesn't care about you after they get your money. Stay away at all cost.

Not move in ready anymore. The main guy Curtis got about a handful of strips and left. He asked about payment and I wasn't sure why he didn't ask that in the beginning. He said he was salary and it didn't matter anyway. Kind of wished the guys would have cleaned up after themselves. Probably would have gotten a better score
