I needed to get her to a bus station over an hour away from her location so she could make it back home to California. I first tried the usual ride hailing apps but found them to be unpredictable in fulfilling rides from that remote location which concerned me due to the necessity to be on schedule to make connections. I then turned to Yelp and used the "request quote" option to put the ride details out for bid. With a stroke of luck, Carolina Penn Transportation's owners Darrell & Tricia messaged me and offered a very competitive bid definitely inline with the competition. Darrell, in particular, stayed especially communicative throughout the process which gave me assurance. When the departure date arrived, Darrell again confirmed in the morning and his amazing driver, Tommy, arrived a half hour early in a very nice SUV so he could confirm the pickup location. Once confirmed, he moved to wait offsite stating to take your time and call him when ready. The ride was smooth and safe and upon arrival at the destination Tommy ensured my family member had all she needed and ensured her safety which I truly appreciated.
