    I think I am entirely too old for technology stores. I get extremely bugged by what has become…read more"commonplace" in them. I don't like having to give all of my information to somebody who types it in to a tablet and then tells me someone else will help me. I also don't like that the customer to employee ratio at this store always seems about 10 to 1, no matter time of year. My least favorite thing is that I cannot shop this store alone. There are so many hidden charges, different prices, etc., that you really don't know what anything costs without the help of a clerk. I like to go to stores and really don't like buying everything over the internet. Places like this are starting to change my opinion of that. So much for an "emotional connection" with your customers.

It didn't help at all. It just says call failed. Sometimes I can get on a call for a few minutes but it cuts out until it finally fails. Wally wouldn't help me since I am authorized user on the plan under my nickname and not the name on my license. Then he said he can do nothing to help me. He called over a friend and they talked about it for awhile and then he started asking me "what's even wrong with the phone? Why are you here?" It ended with them telling me they can't do anything for me and I need to call customer service. Brand new iPhone 17 and most expensive plan and I cant make a call

Needless to say, I was overwhelmed and a little short-tempered. I ended up going to the Riverdale T-Mobile store twice--once to figure out the next steps, and again to set up the new phone. When I came back the second time, Amanda greeted me instantly. She didn't waste a word--just looked at me and said, "Upload didn't work at home?" I nodded, and she took it from there. In less than 30 minutes, everything was connected and working. She handled it all smoothly and professionally, right when I was ready to throw the phone against a wall. It's rare to come across someone so calm and professional, especially in customer service. T-Mobile is lucky to have her! Thank you, Amanda, for making my day a little easier.

Always reaching the Philippines, who does not know how to send me an electronic copy of my bill. I have spoken with four supervisors and they refuse to transfer me to US support. As a customer this is completely unacceptable and unprofessional as a company. I have been a Tmobile customer for 20yrs. I am not asking for something extraordinary, just my right as a customer to view and download my bill. Very frustrated

So we will have to take that little gem at face value and talk about the things we DO know. First, they build a great computer for a guy like me. Our family uses it for things like storage, taxes, some light gaming, and uses that are becoming more and more outdated. They do it what I believe to be a reasonable price and I have never left unhappy about my purchases. My favorite thing about this store is the customer service. I believe they truly "love you" and take care of the folks spending money here. Friendly from the time you drop off your old door-stop to the time you walk out with it repaired or a new P.C. Other computer shops have been very, very condescending when I admit I have little to no knowledge and ask them to "dumb it down" for me. Not PC Laptops, they chuckle and break it down to the lowest common denominator for me. I like that. So I will continue to not know how to build a computer and keep coming back here for my PC needs.

So if you are not happy with the stores service you have no where else to go. I was unhappy with the keyboard that came with my new PC but there is no exchanging it. I would have to buy a new keyboard myself after just paying for this one. Just bought a new computer there and no one told me about the SuperEasyBackup subscription which renews automatically for $239.40 yearly. Be careful of the charge. Call to cancel. I saw this in the very fine print on the bottom of the receipt.
