Abrasive pad used during car wash

I am just so dissatisfied with your service department/ and now your detailers or who ever does the car washes at your dealership. Every single time I have brought my vehicle in for any type of service at Prestige VW their has been an issue. When I drop my vehicle off, I expect my property to be respected. Your technicians don't know how to put a simple rubber ring, (on a VERY important filter (DSG fluid and filter change a $500+ service)) where transmission fluid is leaking everywhere. or they mess up my front sensor (error stated: front assist not available), and now you guys have added scratches and dints to the list. Mind you, I am someone who cleans their car by hand weekly and notices any imperfections on my car. After Prestige VW serviced my car today, (July 20th 2022) they had washed it. As soon as I pulled into my drive way, walking away from my car. I noticed a huge scratch/scuff mark in the shape of an "X". Upon further inspection, I noticed a ding on the hood (right on the body line of the hood.) and a scratch on the trunk of my car. Like I said, I wash my car weekly and know it's imperfections; the dent and "X" and small scratch on trunk was not part of that imperfection list. I know you guys take pictures with your iPad before a service so please refer to your original photos as marks/dent was not present when dropped off. Note: My boyfriend details cars; so he's doing most of the dirty work to get that "X" scuff out. Mainly, because, I don't want prestige VW touching my paint when they can not do a simple wash/dry. Sadly enough, the "X" you guys caused did penetrate the clear coat. Also, most people do not take abrasive pads to their vehicles and especially not to a customers. Their is plenty of other ways to get bird feces, lizard droppings, tree sap ect. off with out using an abrasive pad. On the other hand I can not explain the dent you guys have caused. Also, I know I'm not the only one in Brevard County having an issue with your dealership as a whole. From a simple google search you can read all of the 1 star reviews on almost every platform their is; and 90% of complaints are about your service department.. On a positive note, Jeffery has been amazing to me and honestly the only one in your entire dealership to actually make me feel like a valued customer. I appreciate all of his efforts greatly. 2019 Jetta GLI 35th anniversary. My very first time buying a brand new car and just gave me a horrible taste in my mouth. Bought brand new off showroom in 2019.

Brand New not Pre-owned. 2024 Nissan Altima with now 22,000 miles I recently brought my vehicle in for service, which included an oil change and tire rotation. At that time, I was informed that my battery was in good condition. However, just a week later, my car failed to start. Following this issue, I had the battery tested twice at Auto Zone as well as by an independent individual, and each test indicated that the battery life was at approximately 25%. Despite this, the service team continues to maintain that the battery is "good" based on their initial assessment and has been unable to provide a clear explanation for why my vehicle will not start. When I inquired about replacing the battery, I was told that it would not be covered under warranty because the battery has not officially "failed" according to their criteria. Instead, I was offered a replacement at my own expense. This situation is concerning, as my vehicle is currently unreliable and poses a potential safety risk. I am disappointed that despite clear signs of battery deterioration, no resolution has been provided under warranty due to policy limitations. I would have expected a more thorough evaluation and a customer-focused approach to resolving the issue.
