There was an issue that would need addressing a year down the road. This was a unique situation because the vehicle was bought in Pennsylvania but shipped to Arizona. Because that was not caught, the manager Vas apologized and at first wanted to work something out with his shop to address the area needing repair. When he realized the vehicle was already in Arizona, +he refunded my inspection fee. That was the best he could do given the circumstances. I used it as a teaching moment for him to instruct his staff to note things that were not just immediately in need of attention, but those that would need attention soon and already showing signs of wear. (control arms and bushings, which still can cause uneven wear on tires in early stages.) In retrospect the opportunity to bargain with the seller of the vehicle being bought was missed and an expense was incurred, but I think a lesson was learned by all.
