I had brought my car in to another shop nearby to take a look at the AC, but they wouldn't run…read moretheir tests because I had tried a freon recharge. Nas was totally fine with it, though, and didn't charge me to take a look. Based on the volume of cars in the lot, I thought it would be all day before I'd hear anything, but he got back to me pretty quickly, let me know I needed a new compressor, and gave me a quote. Finding the needed part online at a better price, I called him back, and he was happy to just charge me for the work if I brought in the part. When I did bring it in about a week later, it so happened that my tire had sprung a leak the day before too, so he fixed both issues and put everything back nicely in its place. I appreciate his honesty and skill in his trade, as well as the reasonable rates. I'll likely bring my car back for future service!

Jordan did the work correctly the first time. Best of all the cost was less than what they estimated! These are "old school" mechanics - smart, knowing, honest, fair and quick. I'll drive across town to use them again. Highly recommended.

I spoke to Craig , and his knowledge and honesty over the phone was refreshing. After CSE took a look at the Jeep, they recommended a much more cost effective remedy than a dealership suggested, saving us over $500 bucks. They were so nice and professional, we brought our other daughter's car there the next day to repair a flat tire and do a few maintenance items , and have now found our new mechanics for all of our vehicles. A trusted mechanic is a valuable thing in today's world, and the staff have won me over. Thank you , CSE Automotive ! Geoff DiFulgo

They ended up hitting both timelines almost exactly(understandably difficult to accomplish with an unexpected customer and an already busy schedule), which I truly appreciated. I also arrived later in the morning than I wanted because another dealership had already turned me away because they were closed on Saturdays...(another Dodge dealership located in Lansdale, no posted service center hours!), so I was expecting another frustrating experience.
