But they came back, did the advanced (deeper) enzyme treatment I had originally booked, and refunded me for the hassle, which I really appreciated. Both times the techs were pleasant and efficient. I also appreciated that, prior to treatment, they used a black light to thoroughly assess the problem. One thing to know is that the smell can actually get worse for a few days after deep enzyme cleaning (which really surprised me!). Keeping the windows closed at first, then airing out, running two air purifiers on turbo, and vacuuming thoroughly really helped. Vacuuming is so important because it lifts leftover VOC particles that cause "ghost smell" even after enzyme treatment. I also used an odor powder (Rocco & Roxie) over the carpet, left it for 24 hours, then vacuumed again. Blocking off the area with aluminum foil and barriers helped stop my cat from re-marking the same spots too. In the end, Citrus Fresh helped me save my carpet. I'd recommend them -- just know to stick with it, ask for the advanced treatment and be patient if you have a tough pet mess like mine!

I contacted him yesterday saying I had everything (including 2 box springs and mattresses) and he said he'd be here at 10:00 today. He was also flexible in additional requests we had along the way (like asking for a final glossy coat to finish the wood floors). I was originally going to replace carpet with LVP but found wood floors under the carpet! We chose to have the wood floors refinished and stained and they turned out fantastic! It looks like a completely new space. The job was scheduled within a few days and was completed on schedule. Included (for a fee) in the quote was assistance putting furniture back in the room which was helpful. I'd contact Antoine again for future flooring needs.
