Terry Powell and his team recently did a kitchen remodel for us and we could not be more satisfied…read more I didn't write a review immediately after the job was done because I wanted to put the kitchen to some use to more fully appreciate the quality of the work. It's been over two months now since the job was completed and the kitchen is beautiful and everything works great. Terry was great to work with - he was always very patient in listening to our desires and our questions and explained how he would do things very clearly. He was also very accommodating when we vacillated in our decisions and would even do extra work to show us our options and help us decide. For instance, when he mounted our new cabinets, he let us see them first before affixing permanently and when we asked for them to be a little lower, he happily remounted them and let us see again before securing them. He also showed us two different designs for layout of our subway tile by actually laying out the tile in those designs on our wall before we chose one, then he removed the losing option and installed all the tile with the winning design. Terry's price was very reasonable as well and he worked with us to stay in budget, including working out a plan where we performed much of the demolition and some other work to save on labor costs - and even then he offered to provide guidance in our efforts and checked in a couple times while we did the demo. The project took a little longer than anticipated, but this was mostly due to a few obstacles we discovered along the way, such as finding asbestos in one of our floor layers - and Terry was very helpful in overcoming these obstacles. In the end, the work done definitely met our high standards, and Terry's own high standards, and we are very satisfied. Our kitchen is now entirely brand new, looks fabulous, and works great. We'd recommend Terry to anyone.

We received several bids, and while Beyond Remodeling was not the least expensive, the personal attention Dana provided immediately set the company apart. She took the time to sit down with my wife and me to understand our vision, budget, and concerns. While the other companies simply quoted what we requested, Dana offered thoughtful suggestions, alternative options, color schemes, and expert guidance before we ever signed an agreement. She truly brought our vision to life. The entire Beyond Remodeling team was wonderful. They communicated clearly, kept us informed, and walked us through every step of the process. Aside from a few unavoidable delays outside their control, the project remained on schedule. The stone masons and plaster crews were exceptional, and the quality of their work was a solid 10 out of 10. Dana had a previously scheduled vacation during the remodel, but she continued checking in with us by text. Yair, the owner, maintained a strong local presence and made sure everything continued moving forward smoothly in her absence. We cannot say enough good things about Dana, Yair, and the entire Beyond Remodeling team. We highly recommend them and already have Dana and Beyond Remodeling on speed dial for our future remodeling projects!

The "adu calculator " then says I need a phone Turns out this is just another contractor using slimy tricks. I got a call from this company. I told them about the the adu calculator issue. They said it was a problem with the website. I asked what the costs are for a basic ADU. She said "around $100K". Then she said it would be around $250K. I said what do you get for $100K. She said "nothing ". I asked why she threw out that number. She gave me a bunch of excuses like that she hadn't worked there long or she was unauthorized to give numbers. Either way this is just another contractor rather than a legit ADU calculator and they likely have no interest in actually giving objective real world estimates Stay away from them!

Francis (Falanisi) is truly knowledgable, fair, and professional. He was extremely responsive and genuine, and guided me through the entire process to ensure we achieved my desired outcome. Francis was able to suggest a cost effective and reasonably priced option, and then completed the service and work expeditiously, as promised. The pictures were taken right after, but now that the driveway has been washed down, you can hardly tell work had been done.
