The appointment was at 8:15am on a Saturday and I didn't know what to expect (because I had been to other labs where the weekends are just jam packed). The lab was easy enough to find and the waiting room was somewhat on the smaller side and it was full of people. Once one walks in, check-in is available via a kiosk or there's the option to do it from your phone. I opted for the latter and took a seat. I then was called to bring in my paperwork upfront and after less than 5 minutes, I was called in and greeted by a sweet lab tech. The whole thing took overall less than 10 minutes so I was happy to be in and out! Efficient and zero time wasted. I also got my results within 2 days! Super fast. This will be my future lab for all testing needs for sure! Very happy.

A few years ago, we brought my son in and the staff quickly recognized that he had pneumonia. They were thorough, attentive, and would not allow us to leave until they arranged a transfer to Elmhurst ER, which I truly appreciated. During what was a very stressful and scary situation as a parent, they took the time to explain everything clearly and made my son feel calm, safe, and comfortable. On another visit with my youngest child, we again received excellent care. The staff was kind, patient, and reassuring, and we never felt rushed. This location is also never busier than expected, and the registration process is always quick and efficient, which makes a big difference when you're there with a sick child. Overall, we've felt well cared for each time and wouldn't hesitate to return.

For some reason I'm unable to make an appointment at any of those two Labcorp locations in Long Island City, so I chose this location in East Elmhurst/Jackson Heights instead. Everything can be done online as long as your prescription is sent to them. The appointment process is done through their website and was simple. This Labcorp is on the second floor in PetCo Plaza and is also wheelchair accessible with an elevator. You may need to wait a little longer since they seem understaffed. The check-in is also done though their kiosk. The place looks clean to me. I was in an out within minutes. The Asian lady who drew my blood was courteous.

Waited maybe 5 min and got called up to finish app. Then 5 min later I was told to go do my business in a cup. another 10 min for my blood draw and finally less than 5 min to get the physical performed by the doc. Probably a total of 30-40 min for everything and I was out. Nurses/PA/MA, whatever their titles, were super nice and efficient. Especially skilled with the blood draw. Painless and no bruising after. The doc was also really sweet. They all worked very fast but still made time for some small talk. Facility is a bit cramped and not the cleanest but that's to be expected tbh. PSA, this place is on the 9th floor, to the left. Elevators work on a timer apparently. I was so confused because the doors wouldn't close. And when I got out they closed LOL. So doesn't matter what you press, they leave after x amount of time, apparently. (Source: security)

On 3/27/23 I received a frivolous email from a Kareen Austin regarding an encrypted USPS mail astaring it will take 1-15 days for processing and an additional 1-5 days for USPS mail. On 3/31/2023, I received another email from KAREEM AUSTIN with an attached file/app to download. Believing it was my medical transcript, I downloaded it but was unable to open same. Soon after, my cell phone the down load, my cellphone began to slow up, continuously keep flashing and worst is my online accounts had double logos. I googled the name Kareem Austin and weird enough, the email ehich was sent was deleted from my email. Today 4/5/23, NO USPS MAIL abd NO MEDICAL TRANSCRIPT.. Id like to know who RYANN SAPANSKI is because the rmail which i received inficates that the medical report request was sent from Sapanski for processing to KAREEM AUSTIN.​

No insurance and was only charged $175 for the office visit plus $50 for the procedure (stitches). Went back 5 days later to have them removed and was not charged since I got the stitches there.

I came in the morning, and there were a few people ahead of me. I waited about 35 minutes to be…read moreinitially seen (the person taking my vitals was polite and courteous). Then I was swabbed and waited for test results (this part took about 45 minutes). Afterwards, I was seen by a PA who was polite and knowledgeable and the team sent a prescription to my pharmacy right away. The facility was clean; there were hand sanitizing stations everywhere. The clinical exam room was also clean. The only star I take off for this place is the receptionist who was a young sullen woman who did not GAF about anything. Every interaction was unpleasant, but I didn't take any of it personally. All in all, would recommend, as they open at 8am, though I did not come right at 8am.
