Worst limo experience ever. Arriving dead tired at SFO at 12:30 a.m. after a harrowing 20 hour flight from the Middle East, we expected our driver to meet us at the baggage pickup area as soon as we landed, and escort us to his car. This service was a part of our contract with the company, a service which cost us extra and for which we had paid in advance. Lo and behold, no one was there to meet us. We frantically made our way out to the street hoping to find him but no such luck. We called the company, who then called the driver to find out where he was. When they called us back, they told us he was waiting in the staging area for limos and other hired vehicles. They then told us to shlepp our bags to a certain gate on the street where he would come and find us. By then 30 minutes had passed. After another 20 minutes standing out in the freezing fog, he showed up. To our surprise he was mad as hell, accusing us of making him late for another pickup, and ignoring the fact that we had paid extra to have him meet us inside the airport. This should have been a sign, but we nevertheless got into his car. Big mistake. The guy drove like a maniac, speeding up to 90 mph when the traffic would let him, cursing us under his breath all the way. The only time he slowed down was when there was a traffic slowdown in the Caldecot Tunnel, which only resulted in more cursing. Finally arriving at our house, he slammed on his brakes, waited for us to take our own bags out of the trunk, and then sped off without a word. I normally don't write reviews, but it now appears that this is the same company that was responsible for the recent accident in New York State that killed 20 kids, plus the limo driver. So a word to the wise. Avoid this company if you value your life. read more

First off I wish there were separate categories for ratings I find that the Yelp general 5 star system is not accurate and needs an update. Now I regards to Prestige Limousine Service. Pros: Vehicle and Driver Cons: Customer Service My experience was I booked a Chrysler 300C Limousine and the day before it was supposed to arrive they informed me it was not available at the pre scheduled time. They had double booked it at the last minute and could not meet my pre arranged time. Needless to say that was very unprofessional and the person I spoke with was argumentative and trying to blame me for the time I had requested the car arrive for my pickup. I ended up having to substitute for a different vehicle which I was not happy about, the driver was very pleasant and professional. I would like to give him 5 stars hopefully Yelp improves the rating system. The Limousine services customer service I would give 1 1/2 stars for failure to meet the agreed upon contracted terms as well as for being argumentative needlessly the day before the Limousines scheduled arrival. The reason for this rating is due to the fact the driver didn't check his vechile for luggage, bags etc. before he left, therefore he took he carrier bag back to the office because he didn't have the time to bring it back to us, mind you we jive in Martinez, the office is in concord! I returned the next day to pick it up and asked ...Why couldn't someone else deliver it.? No one was available! He stated he would've if I had asked him? It cost me $92.94 to mail my sisters computer to her for next day delivery, this all could've been avoided if we were notified before the driver went to SF. Here is an additional update on Prestige Limo. Last week I received a phone call from the new manager at Prestige Limo. He was inquiring about my two reviews and seemed to be interested in making improvements on the company. I gave him my feedback on what I believe a customer is looking for, you know....a clean Limo. A stocked bar and waters. Working items in the Limo like the radio, lights etc. Then the new manager offered me some gift cards to a restaurant in Walnut Creek. He said the gift cards were for the amount of about $175. He said this was a good faith gesture to hopefully make things right for my prior services being bad. After I said thank you very much, HE THEN ASKED ME TO CHANGE MY REVIEW!! I told him I would not change my reviews. I felt that was dishonest and not what YELP was all about. So please be aware of any "GOOD" reviews you read from this place, as they are probably bought and paid for in the form of a bribe. I'm going to update my last review. We reluctantly used Prestige Limo again for pick up and drop of service to the port of San Francisco and then to pick us up and bring us back home for our recent vacation. When I called and set up the limo contract, I specifically asked for there to be a bottle of champagne in the limo. My wife and I were leaving for our vacation and I thought that'd be a nice touch. I didn't think I would even need to ask, kind of think anytime you're spending money on a limo service, they should always have water and sodas on ice and a bottle of champagne. I'd like to remind everyone, last time we used Prestige for a wine tour day in Napa, I asked for whiskey to be provided and it wasn't. Well let's get back to this review. So when we were picked up at our house, there was not only no champagne waiting for us, the bar area was completely empty. NO WATER. NO SODAS. NO ICE. NOTHING. I asked our driver about it and he didn't say much more than sorry. When we were dropped off at the pier in San Francisco, our driver (Marvin) said he owed us a bottle of champagne and would make sure it would be there when we were picked up for our return trip home. Fast forward 10 days later when we were picked up to go home. Again there was a COMPLETELY EMPTY BAR. NO WATER. NO SODAS. NO CHAMPAGNE. NO ICE. NOTHING. there was a champagne glass closest to me and I could see lip stick and a disgusting hair sticking to the glass. I took a picture of it and I'll post it if I can figure out how. Needless to say, this place has gone from bad to worse. I have read several other one star reviews, and have noticed the owner or manager doesn't comment or contact the YELP poster. So it appears the owner or manager couldn't care less. Hopefully this review just alerts the readers. I'd give less than one star if I could. The limo was broken and disgusting and dirty and it smelled like dirty feet. The seats were sticky. There were no drinks or ice, music didn't work. AC didn't work and it was very hot. The driver didn't have navigation. He was really rude and drove way too fast and crazy, ran two red lights. Me, my fiancee and her sister decided to have a last minute wine country getaway. Called the Prestige and asked for a driver who is knowledgeable about the area. Since we had a late start we hoped for someone to direct us to the right places and save us some extra time. We were greeted by Rama, who were very professional and a gentleman to ladies. He took us to couple of nice wineries in Saint Helena area and made a best afternoon for us. We really enjoyed our afternoon due to our driver's knowledge and choices of right wineries for us and also his ability to bypass local traffic very nicely. Later I found out he is an MD and is looking after his residency position now. (Wow a medical doctor drove us to Napa. Can you believe it) And he is very funny too. I wish I could give 0 stars. Paul the driver took 4 minors to prom in Oakland. He gave the children his cell number and asked them to call him 20 minutes before they needed him. They began calling him at 11:24pm. 17 texts later my daughters date called Paul. No answer. So she called us. My husband left our home and drove to Oakland. The dance ended...ENDED...at midnight. Administrators waited until my husband arrived at 12:37am. Then Paul arrived at 12:48pm. 48 minutes after the prom ended and an hour and a half after the CHILDREN started texting/calling him. No sorry, no concern for the 4 minors he left, nothing but a salty attitude towards the kids. He then accused the kids of lying, saying they never tried to get a hold of him. Really Paul? Phones nowadays have times/dates of everything. This was a terrible experience. Total disregard of my minor daughters safety, and her 3 other passengers. It should be noted that I gave Paul an index card with *Scottish Rite address *dance begin/end times *3 addresses for minor drop offs. Never trust these people with your love ones. My sister and I rolled like a couple of less trashy and much more hilarious Kardashian sisters to the Yelp's Sunset Showdown. I was given an incredible deal over the phone after letting them know I had been doing some price matching. Plus, I noticed on their website that they were one of the few local limo companies that had Richmond listed as a destination city. Our driver was right on time and even though we admittedly didn't know where we were going neither did he and he took it like a champ and got us there in style. The car was clean. It did have its worn parts on the interior but the exterior was in quite good condition for being a working car. We were dropped off in front of the Craneway Pavillion and left to our own devices. About 45 minutes later I was standing in the Vodka line when low and behold our driver taps me on the shoulder to say he got in. Oh snap! It was still the Elite Hour. Man, this guy knows how to make the situation work for himself. He walked away with from what I saw was 2 to 3 plates of food. Nice to know Yelp provided dinner for my driver. When we were done I called him on his cell phone. We walked out 5 minutes later and there he was right in front waiting for us. I was home before my baby could miss me. I absolutely would NOT recommend this company. I had the worst experience, we missed two scheduled wineries that were paid for because they sent us a broken down limo. At first they told us that they were going to "take care of us" by sending another limo from another company and not worry about the bill for the broken down limo and get a discount on the new one. So I thought, ok that's great! it kinda makes the day somewhat better and we can enjoy what we have left on the itinerary. NOPE! they billed us for the new limo with no discounts, nothing. We wait for 21/2 - 3 hours for a new limo (was supposed to be discounted) in the heat on the side of the road with NO AC. 5. So the guy pulls up at 11:00 am to our hotel and says "Eric?" My boyfriend said "yes, that's me!" "Oh hello, I am your driver for today!" I was surprised he knew my boyfriends name as I made the ressie, but whatever. Hooray! Off we go to the limo wine tasting Napa day that was my present to my bf. I secretly ordered a strech limousine. We get to the car and it's a lovely, but not what I was expecting, town car. No stretch limo. I sat in the backseat a little upset, confused, and surprised, but I didn't want to be a prima donna and I tried to let it go. But it's me we are talking about here. And I couldn't. I said "wait. Are you sure you're supposed to be driving us? Eric W. and Brittany K?" His response? "OH NO! I have Eric F.!" I knew it! First, the driver would not allow us to eat in the SUV, which was part of the itinerary I had already sent the company. Then, one of our passengers injured her ankle stepping out of the SUV. (The driver told the other passengers that she fell off the curb, when that was not the case.) On top of that, the driver would not take us to the hospital at our request - he left us all on the side of the road. I cannot believe someone would see another person in pain and not take them to a hospital 5 minutes away. The ankle turned out to be sprained which we learned only after having to order another cab. To top everything off, I have contacted the company numerous times to complain, ask for an explanation, and get the tip back at least (the driver did not deserve that) and I have not heard anything back from them. It was a special occasion splurge which I regret reserving. Anastasia assured me while booking that all limos are up to date, high-functioning and very clean. Cleanliness was my main concern. On the day of, we were sent a limo that looked and felt like it hadn't been cleaned in several uses. It was filthy. There were crumbs all over, spatters of liquid running down the inside of the windows, doors and bar area and general filth throughout. It was hard not to let it get to us. The handle of one of the doors had hot glue or gorilla glue seeping down from it, the sunroof, TV, CD player and wall dividing us from the driver were broken. The driver, John said that there was a prom the weekend before and the kids broke it. So......why are you still sending out this limo? I intended to reach out to management, explain our experience and request some kind of compensation. Most importantly, I wanted them to know how dirty and unkept it was in hopes they could prevent this experience for other passengers in the future. What started out as a disappointing experience turned into an infuriating one which I now wish I had never started in the first place. The following is the actual timeline of events I experienced JUST so that I could speak with someone. (lol!) April 4: Emailed Prestige Limousine (PL) regarding our experience and sent legit photos of all the filth and broken parts. April 6: I called PL to follow-up on email I had sent. Spoke with Sal who assured me that my email had been forwarded to the manager, Linda who would be responding soon. (Sal was a friendly and easy-to-talk to employee, regardless of the difficulty getting through to Linda). April 8: I sent a follow-up email to PL requesting to be contacted. At this point I found myself caring a lot less about the wasted money and more about just being taken seriously. April 10: I called PL again, spoke with Sal and was told that the manager would be calling me in 1-2 days. (I waited 3 more days and got nothing.) April 13, 10:30am: called for a third time (yes I'm sure they were sick of me, but probably not as sick as I was for having to waste so much time trying to reach someone). I spoke with Sal (again) and was told that the manager would be in that afternoon and get to the bottom of this. Sal had been informing me that Linda knew what was going on and that the limo driver had already been confronted over a week prior. April 13: 4:30pm In fear of the store closing and missing the manager AGAIN, I called one last time. Finally I was firm and said, I need to speak with the manager who I was told would be in this afternoon. Eventually I was connected with her! Hurray! But no hurray. She said she didn't recognize my name nor hear anything about my experiences or read any of my emails. WHAT? Ok- I don't care who said or didn't say what, but ultimately someone lied to my face. Or to my ear at least. After a lot of talk back and forth and what sounded like a lot of excuses, I was offered $50. A very small fraction of what we paid that day, but I took it; I was exhausted. The $50 was not enough to prevent me from writing this review. The entire experience with Prestige Limousine was outrageously unprofessional and I would have liked to know that before choosing to give them my business. PL: Listen to your customers. Transportation on a Saturday was a disaster Agreement was for 9 hours from 8am-5pm Reservations are in place for Napa Wine tastings and Lunch for a total of 8 people 7:50am We received a call from the driver saying he got a flat tire and is going to be about 45 minutes late. -He must have known prior before and could have called sooner instead of 10 minutes before pickup time. 8:45am Driver showed up with a dirty limo that was not washed, windows did not work and there was no ice for beverages. Also, the driver left my itinerary of the day in the other limo The driver tried turning the car on but couldn't for the first 5 minutes which worried us thinking it couldn't possibly get any worse right? The car finally turns on and we are off to Napa, or so I thought. We turn onto Stevens Creek Blvd when we heard a noise and the car pulled over. Just so happens the coolant leaked on the side of the curb and the front was full of smoke. We knew we weren't going anywhere. The entire group ended up waiting both inside the limo and on the side of the street for the next solution but stories started to switch up between the operator and the driver. At first the operator told us there was no other limo after we were informed about the flat tire, instead they ended up sending this broken limo thinking they can use the most of it until it breaks down with customers inside of it. We then get informed by the limo driver that they can send another limo from a different company and that the manager "WILL TAKE CARE OF US". We agreed to wait for the other limo even though it was another hour and a half of waiting in the heat on the side of the road. The 2nd limo finally picked us up at around 10:58am. This limo was a lot more nicer with working windows and ice for our beverages, however, the driver ended up asking for our credit card details when we arrived to Napa. We were confused since we thought the manager would take care of us, but we still had to put our card on file with the other company. The limo didn't make it to Napa until 1pm which was already at a 4 hour delay with us having to cancel Wine reservations and lunch. (All reservations were already booked 2 months prior before) Toward the end of our day trip, the driver said we can have an additional hour for the trouble but we refused because it was not worth the extra hour that would make up the 4 hours missed time and the destinations that we already missed in the morning. We end up finishing the Napa trip and called back the operator to request to speak with the manager. The operator tells us that the manager is not in and that she is on vacation the entire weekend. From what the driver told us, he said the manager would take care of us. But I guess the manager couldn't possibly know because they weren't in the office. We were lied to more than once from #1 Operator: Saying the manager would call us back, #2 Driver: Saying the manager will take good care of us. #3 Operator: The manager is on vacation and will not be back until Monday her name is Linda. Comes to find out when we called that Monday, we requested Linda but she turned out not to be the manager. We were constantly being lied to and ended up having to pay the entire bill of $800 with the other limo company that picked us up when we thought it would get taken care of by Prestige. From what Prestige was saying, we agreed for the other limo company to pick us up and we would be responsible ongoing forward for the full charge of the same price. That was not what the driver told us and they still kept denying us of any issues on their behalf. We are still requesting a refund for the time we have missed which was 4 hours. I am hoping the owner Rebecca is able to see how big of an inconvenience this was. I do not think it was fair to pay the full amount of $800 for limo services that have been delayed by 4 hours along with 2 broken down limo's Prestige had to go through then ended up having to call another limo company to come and pick us up. Used these guys for a Napa trip with 6 other friends. First off, Sal was able to give me a very competitive deal...Later when I called back looking to add 2 hrs, Alex was able to reduce my rate even FURTHER and gave me 30 min. of free time! So we got a 10 man limo for $50/hr! Only issue is, they obviously gave us the crappiest 10man they had as our brakes stopped working once we left, so we had to detour a bit to switch limos. Not a big deal except it kinda messed up my itinerary I had planned and we ended up being about an hour late to each tasting or meal. However, seeing as how well Sal and Alex negotiate and are willing to cut a deal, I have a strong feeling I'll be calling them again in the future. If not for the breakdown limo, I'd give them 5 stars (depending on what sort of recompense I get for the hassle and lack of safety my friends endured, it will likely go up to a 5 start rating!) I used Prestige based on a recommendation from Open Table after making a reservation - they suggested 'Why not arrive in style?' and I agreed! Multiple limo company contacts were sent to me and Prestige offered the best deal based on my criteria of needing the car for 3 hours, and wanting champagne AND soda inside upon arrival. We were driven from Antioch to Larkspur and back again with no problems at all - beautiful views out the windows, and a good combination of privacy and courtesy from our driver, who offered us his personal CD collection when radio wasn't sufficient for our background tunes. Our dinner ran long, and we we ended up using the car for a total of 3 1/2 hours, and the additional cost was simply tacked onto my receipt, no hassle or attitude at all. I entertain out-of-town guests quite frequently.When they want to go to the wineries I always get a limo from a not-to-be-named company. Had 3 GF's coming from Boise and my regular limo company hadn't called to confirm my reservation as they normally did. So I called and sure enough, no reservation. But they offered a town car. Not good enough, I reserved a stretch. Seems they redirected my stretch to a wedding and since I was a regular customer they thought I would be OK with it. Well I wasn't. PRESTIGE LIMO TO MY RESCUE!!!! Not only did they get me a clean, fully stocked, white stretch in less than 24 hrs notice, but I got a wonderful driver, Jeremy. No matter where we went or how long we took, whenever we stepped outside, he was there waiting holding our door open. (With my other limo company I would have to call his cell and wait 5 minutes for his arrival. How refreshing Jeremy was.) When I paid for the limo I made it clear it was to be charged to me. The price was so reasonable. Only $299 for 6 hrs and included the champagne. When we went over the 6 hrs there was a small charge. My friends tried to pay and tip him. He came over to ask me if that was OK. I REALLY appreciated him asking me away from their earshot. He was very gracious. My friends are REALLY friendly and tried to engage Jeremy into conversation. They thought he was stiff, but he was there to do his job as a professional driver and I thought he did an OUTSTANDING job. I am sure if I asked Jeremy to engage in the jovial behavior he would have complied, but I like professional behavior from my driver. Gracious, not crass. Thank you Jeremy. Just called this company. Very frustrating to see a price on their website for $325/6 hrs and then get quoted about $250 higher than that. I thought I had done my homework when checking reviews on this company. I booked a Mercedes Sprinter Van/bus for my wedding in Napa, CA on 10/10/2020. The confirmation that I received in my email showed that I had booked an 8 passenger Chrysler, so I called to change before the big day. The person I spoke to had very little knowledge of my order, and sounded like they had very little experience in customer service, but said he would make sure that he would change it to the Sprinter Bus ( we had 9 people in our party). I received a new confirmation in my email showing the sprinter van/bus, but on the day of my wedding they showed up in the OLDEST Lincoln Town Car Stretch Limo that they probably had in their entire fleet. We were told they could not drive back to Concord from Napa and get back in time to get us to our wedding on time, so we had no choice but to ride in this filthy old vehicle. THERE WERE NO KNOBS ON THE STERO CONTROLLER OR AC CONTROLS AND IT WAS DUSTY AND DIRTY!! THE LEATHER WAS WORN OUT. IT LOOKED LIKE IT WAS FROM THE 1980'S. I was livid to say the least. This is my WEDDING DAY!! When I called the next day I was offered a $100 credit!!! I ended up getting a text from someone, who I believe was the owner, Moon. He agreed to a 50% discount. I'm glad everyone else has had great service with this company, because I was EXTREMELY disappointed and will never EVER recommend them or use them again. read more

My fiancé booked a limo for us for my bday 09/26. We had the pleasure of having Guy as our driver. He was Great and highly recommend. He was very personable, friendly and kind. He even recommended a place in sf for us to check out before we left the city. It was beautiful and nice and I want to Thank him. He gave us his number and would coordinate when we wanted him to come back. Never once did we have to wait outside. He was always there so promptly. Our wedding is next year and I'm definitely going to look into booking them again. Hopefully I can get Guy again! Give this man a raise! Jade read more

A stretch limo was supposed to be transportation all day for a wedding party. A party buss showed up instead. Not what the bride and groom had originally agreed-upon before their wedding day. It was quite a surprise and change of direction. The party bus backed into a gas car, causing damage and the passengers were inside when it happens. The driver denied any collision and took off. When the company was contacted about the wrong vehicle being sent as well as damage done to another vehicle they denied all allegations and made it very difficult to be in contact with them. They did not offer any refund or any compensation for the time or problems that the company itself caused. If you rent here, you will risk not knowing what vehicle shows up regardless of what you originally rent, and possible damage to other vehicles or property, and will be gambling on if you will have a good event or not based off of your transportation rental. If you want to know what you are getting and don't want to risk huge liabilities and huge problems, don't use this company. If we could give a -5 stars, we would. read more

We had a wonderful experience on a 6-hour wine tour in Napa area and I would recommend Prestige Limousine without hesitation. The reservation process was easy and working out the details with Sal was a pleasure. He patiently listened while I asked all my questions, and I had a lot, and even had some great winery recommendations to offer. Our limo driver Solomon was on time picking us up and was patient with us throughout the wine tour, even though our group was pretty "loud and excited". I was part of a wedding party that had to squeeze into the vehicle they provided in lieu of the reserved vehicle. The vehicle was old and not very clean. Because we were so crammed in, we had to put our personal belongings in the front seat and they were left behind at the conclusion of our trip. The bride contacted the company to have the things returned which they agreed to. Then without contacting anyone, they changed their mind on returning the items. I contacted them and the reason was they gave the bride a discount and they didn't want to spend any more money for this. Poor business ethics and it really did put a damper on the wedding transportation especially because the average age of the guests was 60 and one man walked with a cane. It was difficult entering and crawling to the seats. read more
