I thought it might be refreshing to change it up and get out there. The two-week course is streamlined, and built for producing the most efficient bartender out of you. The rest is up to you to keep at it. You need to practice, practice, and practice. It requires discipline and dedication to memorize all the cocktail recipes. THERE'S SO MANY LMAO. I had to pause my practicing sessions, or "workouts" (as they call them) for personal/family reasons. I couldn't find myself able to come in for weeks, months even--it seemed that I would never get the chance to accomplish my goal and graduate. It was quite the journey, I must say. BUT, the amount of support, understanding and accessibility that was catered to me--I can't and will not ever forget it. I am so grateful. Elvis, man, he was really there for me. Vanessa encouraged/uplifted me. Victor inspired me with insight and Monica always brightened my day. This team, though!!!!! I have come to love and cherish them, and it really means so much. What a great experience! I was gifted a 2-hour private bartending course by one of my family members and I was amazed by how Captain Elvi$ (yes, with the $) was thorough in his guidance and teaching. If you have always wanted to try bartending and have had no experience in the past, this is the perfect place for you! They require everyone to wear closed toed shoes and the glasses you use to practice with are plastic so you don't need to worry about breaking anything. I've always wanted to learn about bartending and was always intrigued and decided on a new change in my life.
