Would not book them again. This is a late review since as I hired them on 3/17/2024 and this was just sitting in my review drafts but I was highly disappointed with the work they did. First off they emptied everything in my car and tossed everything to the side of my driveway. They didn't put my stuff in a box or ask me to remove anything they just tossed it to the ground and when they told me they were finished they didn't bother picking any of it up. I was bending over to pick up everything and they didn't offer to help, just watched me. The detailing itself was mid. I hired detailers because I had a stain in my cloth seats in the back of my car from the night prior. After they finished I pressed a cloth into the spot with the stain and the water came out brown. Wasn't clean at all, just wasn't noticeable at first glance since my seats are black. The solution they sprayed also got onto the inside of my windshield which I didn't notice until I drove later that night wondering why it was so foggy in my cabin. I defrosted my car for a while and decided to just wipe it down which was when I realized it was leftover cleaning solution. Imagine hiring cleaners and still needed to clean up after them. Waste of money, waste of time. Don't hire them and look elsewhere unless you're looking for sloppy work. read more

I have been using Prestige Auto Group Detailing exclusively, since purchasing my 2023 Tesla Model 3. Daniel is always flexible with my hybrid work schedule. Having the work done at my house is super convenient, but the expert service always makes my car look brand new! Unfortunately, no matter how careful I try to be when driving and parking, I noticed some scratches near the bottom of my passenger side door. One in particular was at least 1.5 inches long. I showed Daniel expecting him to give me some advise and information on where to get it treated and to my surprise, once he finished the job, it looked like the scratch was GONE!!! He was somehow able to buff it out and also suggested ways I could treat it further and offered to help me take care of that as well. I was thoroughly grateful and impressed and very happy! We unfortunately had a cat accident on the way back from the vet since my kitty was pretty scared. Thankfully we were able to get all that cleaned up with the detailing service. They completely got rid of the urine smell. I would say the only downside is that they had to reschedule pretty last minute, we would have preferred more of a heads up. This was the first time my 7 year old car has been detailed so they definitely had their job cut out for them, but they got out all the dirt, stains, and grime I thought were permanently embedded in my car. April 29 2023 review I searched Yelp for a ceramic coat service and found Daniel's Yelp reviews. All of them were 5 stars despite only being a few. Having a chance to chat with him prior to the ceramic coat, I realized he was a new business owner and I'm more willing to help a starter company than a franchise. Daniel arrived at my home in Morgan Hill and did a deep clean of my exterior and tires. Afterwards, he applied the ceramic coat to my vehicle and I paid extra for the windows and moon roof. He turned my dirty car into a mirror. The car was shiny like glass and he took the time to detail every inch of the car. He gave me some tips to maintain the ceramic coat and away he went. Amazing outside wash/wax and interior detail this morning on my and my dads trucks . These two 20 year old trucks look and smell brand-new inside and man did they need it. Steamy cleaned the insides, carpets, steering wheel, the whole shebang. I didn't realize how gross things were until seeing the final product. They pressure washed the 1/4" think bug coating off the bumper and grills too and put a beautiful shine on them.
