I originally thought the vehicle might be low on oil, but later it determined that was not the problem. Ron's Quality Automotive took the following steps: -Tune Up -Replaced the spark plugs -Tested the coils -Oil Change Total Charge-$581.51 Ron's Quality Automotive informed me that the Check Engine Light was still on and the vehicle was driving a little rough; however, Ron's Quality Automotive assured me that overall the vehicle was fixed. Upon driving the vehicle, I immediately determined the vehicle still could not exceed 15-20 MPH. I contacted Ron's Quality Automotive the next morning to discuss my concerns. Ron's Quality Automotive stated they would need to disassemble the engine to determine why it was misfiring. I was informed this could cost somewhere in the range of $3,000 to $7,000. I informed Ron's Quality Automotive that I would rather purchase a new vehicle then complete the engine repairs. Ron's Quality Automotive stated they might be able to find a person to purchase the vehicle for $1,000 to $1,500. I informed Ron's Quality Automotive that I would think about it and get back to them. I had the vehicle towed to another mechanic for a second opinion. After 30-40 minutes, the second mechanic had my vehicle operating normally. The second mechanic stated he did NO additional work to the vehicle. In addition, I was informed that all he did was clean the connections on the spark plugs and coils. The Check Engine Light is no longer on. The vehicle is operating as normal. Unfortunately, I purchased a new vehicle prior to the Honda being fixed because I needed a vehicle to get to/from work. I would not recommend Ron's Quality Automotive given my experience and the dishonesty of the staff/company. Good Luck to anyone who uses their service. I hope they don't take advantage of you as they did to me.

When one part on my car broke, instead of just repairing it and charging me, he took the time to call the dealership to see if there were any recalls. Mike always takes the time to explain what's going on, never pressures you into unnecessary repairs, and wants to help. He cares about his customers and takes pride in his work. I highly recommend Mike. He's kept my Honda running great for years, and I'm grateful to have found someone so dependable.

Steve is a very talented mechanic, incredibly responsive, completely honest in his assessment of what work your car needs, and absolutely more than fair in his pricing! If you want more details, read on. I called because my brakes have been making a terrible noise. This noise had gone on for longer than I'd like to admit. Still, I didn't know where to take my car, especially as I have had several bad experiences with dealerships that performed unnecessary work at a very inflated price. When I read Steve's reviews, I decided to make an appointment. He immediately identified the problem, keeping me in the loop by texting me photos and describing what he had found. When I went to pick up my car, I was secretly holding my breath, trying not to obsess about what this would cost. There was no need to worry, as Steve's prices are more than fair. I have paid far more for smaller problems at other establishments. And, finally, he is a really nice person who is a pleasure to work with! I have been so stressed about my car issues, and I am so thrilled to have found a place to take my car where I have absolute faith in the quality of the work and the honesty of the owner!

I'm new to Rockland and had no prior experience at mechanics around the area. When I saw the great reviews for this place I decided I have to go to this one even though there were 10 other mechanics closer to my house. As a young college student who doesn't know ANYTHING about cars and hates having to go to mechanics, I was able to feel at ease both times I went to this place. The staff is super friendly, funny, and informative. I went back a second time to fix something else in my car and they remembered me right away which I thought was wonderful. I saved $$$ both times I went and didn't feel like I was getting scammed into overpaying for service. Safe to say that I have found my go to place to go to for my car. I hope this review helps someone as much as all the others helped me when deciding to come here :)

Nobody could find a replacement for her, not even Toyota car dealer. Mr. Bricker found one, it took him a few weeks of searching, but he saved her from having to buy a new car. I know it's time for a new car, but she likes her Corolla. When my car left a small oil stain on my garage floor I took it to my local mechanic, I've going there for years and he is only 5 minutes away. He told me it was coming from the engine, he would have to check everything and it would cost $60 for the estimate. I told him the leak has to be in the rear, because that is where the stain was, but he said the liquid "traveled". I decided to try my mom's mechanic, I dropped it of and few hours later Mr. Bricker called me and explained that the leak was very small and probably not worth fixing on a 12 year old car, unless it gets worse. He gave me an option of fixing it, but after hearing his detailed explanation, I decided that it was not worth it. Mr. Bricker was very knowledgeable and honest, a rare find these days. I would not take my car anywhere else.
