Nothing but lies. I set up an appt with her on sept. 17th. We were scheduled to meet at 12 PM. I…read morecalled her when I got to the airport and she said she was running ahead of schedule and thought she would be done before my arrival. That she would have the value that day, The 17th and the report, with photos and appraisal on the 18th. Then she lied and sent a text that the she was all "covered up" and couldn't get to me - but yet, that morning she could. She is aware this is a very contentious divorce situation and her appraisal was crucial. Instead of sending the appraisal, she sent an invoice to the wrong email address. It is sort of important to know your client's contact info, I think. Then she said she refuses to release the report to me as if blackmail. I gave her 3/4 of the work to produce the appraisal. The previous appraisal, the taxes, the Zillow and Realtor.com values, the warranty deed, the survey. She is holding the appraisal hostage until she gets her wrong invoice paid - which was supposed to be $425 -and then put a mechanic's lien on the wrong house!!!!! Now if that doesn't show you how unintelligent she is. Work is almost done for, invoice is wrong, alleged blackmail and mechanic's lien on the WRONG HOUSE!!!!! Genius Tracy - don't waste your time or money - I felt like it was a huge SCAM - oh I can do the appraisal and NEVER produces it - but can't produce an invoice. Unbelievable!

Both times this guys flys off the handle in communications with my team during the process and the 2nd time he just disappeared after that. We sent him a text and he said he was going on vacation for 2 weeks. I texted again after 2 other appraisers were busy and said hey we have time on this one so can you do this when you get back and he said yes. I sent him al of the preliminary information the same day via email then followed up the very next day with the official order that came from my assistant. 2 days before the due date we send an email checking on the status and he send this communication copied directly from his email: You guys have blown my phone up over this deal for a month, even during my vacation, but still haven't provided an engagement letter that matches the contract, and haven't provided the repair estimate. In fact, everything I've been provided is conflicting information. Yet you expect a report in 2 days? Reassign this file to another appraiser, I don't operate like this! We sent a follow up email asking if he received the actual order or my preliminary and crickets.... he never responded. I saved all of the emails and texts for proof that we didn't blow up his phone for a month - I sent 3 or 4 text in normal communication to lock down the order.

Awesome! I…read moredesperately needed an appraisal for my home. It's tax appeal season yall, and yall know how that can go. God is good! I found this appraiser, David, who was a godsend. I told him my property, he ran numbers, crossed referenced homes, checked dates of assessments, and did all kinds of razzle dazzles for me. He was professional, funny, knowledgeable, HONEST, helpful and kind. He did all of that, and I didn't have to pay him anything. Why didn't I have to pay? Because, he cares about people. He knows that pimpin ain't easy. He went above and beyond, what I can imagine anyone else doing. I can't imagine what he would do for paying customers. Mark my word, he is the "go to" appraiser, when and if you need an appraisal. This is who you would want on your side. He will make sure you are not getting screwed, and will make sure every avenue of your home is addressed. Thank you Mr. David. David! David! David! The crowd goes wild!

During our call he let me know he didn't think he could meet my timing requirements, but he spent a good 17 minutes letting me know how to properly look for a good inspector. Being a first time homebuyer, all of the information he provided was very useful in my search. Anyone who takes time out of their night while wrapping up paperwork to help out a new buyer figure out best next moves (no pun intended) is someone YOU should reach out to for your needs.
