From the beginning, she made what could have been a very stressful long-distance home-buying experience feel manageable. I always felt like she genuinely had my best interests in mind. Suzy really listened to what I wanted. She took the time to understand my needs and preferences, offered recommendations that made sense for me, and never made me feel pressured. Most importantly, she was a strong advocate for me throughout the entire process. Once I found the home I wanted, Suzy truly became my eyes, ears, and voice in Chattanooga. Since I was purchasing new construction from another state, I couldn't always be there in person, and she consistently went above and beyond to fill that gap. She stayed on top of the progress, kept me informed, attended the final inspection when I couldn't be there, and spoke up for me when something wasn't right or didn't meet my expectations. I honestly can't imagine going through this process without her. Having someone I trusted in my corner, especially while buying from out of state, made all the difference. I absolutely love my new home and am so grateful to Suzy for helping me get here. I would work with her again without hesitation and highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home in TN.
