He suggested the replacement ice maker could be bad, or maybe we need a new board. I asked him to skip replacing the ice maker again, and let us know when he has a new board. Never heard from him again. Got another company to come and in one visit they did a full diagnostic. The board and the internal door wiring were not functioning. We need a new door, which costs more than many refrigerators. We replaced the ice maker for nothing
