The owner was present and warm as were the sales associates. We were so impressed with just the atmosphere and warmth of the business that we came back for my husband to have ball barons, placed in a heavy diamond and gold ring as well as to have appraisals done on our other jewelry. If you happen to be in Knoxville ring or jewelry shopping, I highly recommend this store. They offer more than just high quality jewelry. They buy gold and silver coins etc. The customer service and variety of jewelry is a 10 out of 10.

On August 7 2025 I brought my antique Mantel Clock in for oiling to Steve Hirschhaut at Concord…read moreWatch, Clock, & Jewelry Center because I trusted him. When I brought in the clock they said it would be 5 months due to surgery on Steve. He sold his interest in the company last November. I was not consulted as to whether I wanted to take my clock back or leave it there. On January 6, 2006 I asked for a status report on my clock. Had to leave a message and asked for a call back. NO CALL. On January 8, 2026 They said they would call with an update. NO CALL. On January 8, 2026 They said the clock maker was bringing some clock back which had been repaired. Mine was not in this delivery. On January 13,2026 They said they would call with an estimate. NO CALL (they said my voicemail was not set up). On January 22,2026 I was given an estimate of $280.00 + tax and that it would be 3 weeks. Said their clockmaker was Black Bear Clock Repair in Kodak. On February 24,2026 had to leave a message about the status of my clock. NO CALL. They said they will contact the clockmaker for a states report. Said she will call me (ya, right!). Was unaware that oiling a mantel clock took 4 1/2 months. It has now been almost 7 months since I dropped off my clock - the new management has had it for 4 1/2 months. I am wondering if they even have my clock and are just stringing me along.

Drove over several time, weren't open. Called before Christmas, was told the crystal was expected to arrive in two weeks. Left my name & phone number so I could be contacted to pick up the watch. The people I met when I was there in the early Fall were very nice. At this time, I just need to retrieve the watch!!

This is a fun place to visit, especially if you're a JTV fan…read more Mom and I visited the store on a Monday. It was quiet, as one would expect from a weekday. The salesperson was very nice and extremely attentive. She essentially followed us around from case to case, pulling out things that caught our attention. The jewelry is gorgeous in person and it was cool to see things we'd previously only seen on television. The prices ranged from quite affordable to very expensive. We spent the most time combing through the clearance area and ultimately I got a gorgeous ring as a gift from my mom. If you're in the market for jewelry, definitely pay this place a visit.

The sales staff and management have always been extremely helpful and take the time necessary to assist me in getting exactly what I need! The prices of their jewelry are probably the best in the country, unless you travel to one of the huge gem shows in the Southwest. It seems that some of the reviews of the Gemstore are really targeted at Jewelry Television, which is unfortunate, since this brick and mortar store is a full service jeweler. The Gemstore is owned by Jewelry Television, but they are pretty independent of JTV in their daily operations. I have always found the Gemstore to provide excellent quality products and excellent service.

I bought a wedding band and the sales woman offered to send my engagement ring out to be polished…read moreand cleaned prior to our wedding. I declined this service as the engagement ring was purchased elsewhere. At this time their insurance policy was not explained to me. The day after purchasing the wedding band and it being sent out for adjustments, I was contacted by an employee and asked to bring my engagement ring in because they needed it to size the wedding band properly. Only upon arrival to the store they asked for proof of the rings valve, which I did not bring with me. Upon asking further questions, I was also informed that it was store policy that they could only insure the engagement ring for $10,000, regardless of the value, because it was not purchased through them. For obvious reasons, I was not going to allow them to send my engagement ring out with insurance covering only part of the value. The sales woman initiated a total refund for the wedding band as requested. My primary issue is the lack of communication with first two employees I encountered and the company policy to only partially insure customer's jewelry.
