NO CALL. On January 8, 2026 They said they would call with an update. NO CALL. On January 8, 2026 They said the clock maker was bringing some clock back which had been repaired. Mine was not in this delivery. On January 13,2026 They said they would call with an estimate. NO CALL (they said my voicemail was not set up). On January 22,2026 I was given an estimate of $280.00 + tax and that it would be 3 weeks. Said their clockmaker was Black Bear Clock Repair in Kodak. On February 24,2026 had to leave a message about the status of my clock. NO CALL. They said they will contact the clockmaker for a states report. Said she will call me (ya, right!). Was unaware that oiling a mantel clock took 4 1/2 months. It has now been almost 7 months since I dropped off my clock - the new management has had it for 4 1/2 months. I am wondering if they even have my clock and are just stringing me along.
