Once they found out that I had not bought my Hoyer from them, they would not even try to help me resolve the problem. I called Procare, spoke with their Service Manager, Joel. With empathy and understanding of my situation, he quickly helped me to resolve the problem over the phone. Shortly, thereafter, we needed to purchase a shower/commode chair. There was no question as to what medical supply company we would use to purchase this product. They also told me that they install elevators and stair thingies (you know the thing that slowly gives people a ride up the stairs). The salesperson rushed us, sold us a product that was the wrong size, and told us we could adjust if we needed to. We spent $200 on a walker. (Ps they don't take Medicare.). Before long we realized the walker was the wrong size. My mom has to bend all the way over the handlebars to use it. We go to adjust it and it's NOT adjustable. We take the walker back, explain the situation and they refused to acknowledge they gave the wrong guidance about the walker size, and it's ability to be adjusted. Now we have a new $200 walker that my mom cannot use. And they offered zero help or resolution.. Won't go back.

Every employee here is AMAZING!. If there's an issue with your script it's not the "its your problem" like the chain pharmacies, they actually will take the time to help sort it out. This is how pharmacies should be, small town, personal service with kindness and compassion. You are NOT a number here. This little shop is more then a pharmacy also, there is an array of everything here from typically pharmacy stuff to local candies, American made gifts and even a jewelry counter, its the most adorable little shop!
