My latest problem with them is they have never billed my insurance company for my medical equipment which I purchased last July. I have repeatedly called and told them they are billing the wrong insurance they take the information, say to give them a month to process and they never bill the correct company. They call me each month and say my insurance refused the bill and I tell them they are billing the wrong company, they must bill the primary insurance company first. They still have not been paid. Incredible.

What I like is they carry many products catering to homeopathic, natural,and organic lifestyles. Whether it be medication, beauty supplies, or food - their selection of these items are the best around. This is in addition to the normal drug store staples of beauty, drug, cosmetics, seasonal items,etc. They also have a pharmacy which I've never used. Hubby likes the fitness supplements and protein powders. Their selection of these items are pretty plentiful too. Prices are kinda all over the place, depending on the product but overall probably higher than say going to CVS. Often they will have a double page ad of coupons in the Clipper so look for it for additional savings on select items. When I was dumbfounded on where to find essential oils I found them here. Selection is fairly good although there were several I bought on ebay either because Savemart didn't carry them or the price was better. So why 4 stars and not 5? For me I hate their parking lot. The layout is poorly designed. Secondly the isles are close together and crammed. The place is usually crowded and its hard to find help. Lastly the security guy at the front door checking your purchase when you leave. Is theft that prevalent here that that's necessary?

I first came to Wiley's when my dad was in a nursing home. They were constantly changing his over the counter meds and suppliments and were very specific to certain mg varieties which were hard to find at CVS. They would not accept any subsitutions. Every time there was a mg dosage for a medication I couldn't find at CVS I found it at Wiley's. Every single time. Recently I had a splinter I couldn't extract on my own. An older co-worker recommended an old school cream that would help bring it to the surface. I went to two CVS locations, dealt with three employees plus a pharmacist (who never even heard of it) with no luck before I remembered Wiley's. Sure enough not only did both the tech and the pharmacist know of it, but they had one on the shelf. Had they not they were willing to order for next day pick up. Now that's customer service without having to hunt anyone down! They are a small town, locally owned pharmacy with a gift shop inside. While they don't have the inventory CVS does, they have the basics + the hard to find. Check them out when you can't find it elsewhere.

When I came into the store I noticed how nice and organized the flower department was! No trash or wet spots near the door! Had mats down which was a huge plus! It was raining this day! I was greeted by Freddy in the first isle. Very polite and knowledgeable of products! He took me to a few places to get the items I was looking for which definitely helped with time!
