But Vince at LV stuck out to me in just a phone call. Mind you, I never looked at the website. We spoke, and he was direct and concise on what he offered in service. Very seldom do you see that these days. We set up an appointment, and the results were way beyond expectations. They meticulously worked on my vehicles. I mean, when you look at them, its better than a showroom finish. I plan to use them now for the once a month maintenance detail. There is so much value in keeping your car clean. Like I said before, wowwwww! Excellent in all phases of pricing, customer service, and total detailing! Thanks to LV detail!

713 Steam saved the day - I can't recommend this company enough! I never leave Yelp reviews, but…read morethey did such great work I had to let everyone know! On Monday I got in my car to drive to work and smelled the most awful smell in the world! I looked in my trunk to find a carton of milk that had been in my car for over a week (forgot to unload it with the rest of my groceries!). It had curdled and exploded! After trying numerous home remedies to get the smell out, I called 713 Steam and brought the car in that day. They thoroughly cleaned the car, washing and steam cleaning everything - who knows how many times! When I picked the car up, it smelled brand new! I couldn't believe it. The team was so friendly and nice to work with, and the pricing can't be beat. Thank you so much 713 Steam!!

Called, and they were able to get me an appointment and come out the same day, work was 100% perfect and even did more than I asked for, cleaning the windshield after and even the sides that they got overspray on. Very good communication, and very flexible even asking if I wanted shine spray for no additional charge before doing it. Great guys, good service.

What a great experience!…read more Convenience - He came to our house and detailed the car right here. This was so convenient. My wife hates driving around in Houston traffic. Having him detail the car, also freed my wife and I to concentrate on our kids, dinner, etc. It was a huge blessing. Quality Cleaning - JADD took a car full of pet hair with a recent coffee spill and months if not years of junk acquiring in the impossible to reach nooks and crannies under the seats, in the doors, the dash and console, etc and turned that car into a showroom-ready vehicle. Great Price - JADD was hands down more affordable than EVERYONE I spoke with on Yelp... 5 different companies. AND did I mention he comes to you?? No brainer deal... Great service! - We all live in Houston and we know how hot it can be. JADD did a whole-hearted, 100% effort amidst the heat and lack of shade due to our driveway being fully exposed to the afternoon sun. He just went to work and never looked up till he was done. This guy knows hard work and isn't afraid of it. Overall Value - worth every penny!

*UPDATE* They came back out to touch up the trim/wheels!…read more Mad props. Thanks so much! Jeep looks amazing! First off, if I could give 4.5 I would. Also, I definitely recommend them! Dude NAILED it on the interior. Was hard to get pictures so I don't have any of those. But interior was solid. Except that the mats were pretty wet still. Needed to dry a little more before putting them back in. Couple of things that I wasn't thrilled about after all was said and done...wheels and trim. Overall my Jeep was super clean. Clay barred it and all. But for a "full detail"...I anticipated not having to go back and do the wheels and plastic trim (door handles, gas filler, fender flares-specifically requested as an alternative to engine compartment). See the photos for a visual explanation. Lastly, the fender flares...bummed on that. Not really even that clean. Traded cleaning the wheel wells up instead of the engine compartment. Again, overall, I do recommend using them for your cleaning/details. Just hope this helps them keep a keen eye on a couple things. Thanks guys!!!

My tires were even looking red. So, I put out the word on Yelp that I was looking for a mobile car washer since making it to someone during work hours is darn near impossible for me. A few car wash businesses replied, but for some reason Derek's stood out. So, I thought... let me give them a shot. Let's see what they are made of. I knew that it was going to be a chore to get that red clay off of my car. After going back and forth a few times with all the details, I met Derek's Mobile Car Wash at my apartment during my lunch break. Since I had to get back to work ASAP, I left my car in their hands and headed back. I did feel kind of weird leaving my keys and my car with total strangers, but it really needed to be cleaned. Inside and out. Some time passed and then I get the phone call... you know the one where they tell you that your car is cleaned. I didn't have super high hopes because they cleaned my car without an outside water source or electricity. They were nice enough to bring my car up to the office for me so that I didn't have to take an Uber back home to get it. When I was waking up to my car I was in total shock. The car looked brand new on the outside. Like it had just came off the showroom floor. It looked GREAT! But I was thinking there's NO WAY that they got the inside as clean. NO WAY!!! I couldn't wait to open the doors and check it out. Once again, I was in total shock. It looked like it had never even been driven. It was so clean you could eat off the seats. It also smelled GREAT! The job that they did was OUTSTANDING! I highly recommend this small local business for all your car wash needs. The are prompt and very professional. I will be using them from now on when my car needs a bath.
