*UPDATE* They came back out to touch up the trim/wheels! Mad props. Thanks so much! Jeep looks amazing! First off, if I could give 4.5 I would. Also, I definitely recommend them! Dude NAILED it on the interior. Was hard to get pictures so I don't have any of those. But interior was solid. Except that the mats were pretty wet still. Needed to dry a little more before putting them back in. Couple of things that I wasn't thrilled about after all was said and done...wheels and trim. Overall my Jeep was super clean. Clay barred it and all. But for a "full detail"...I anticipated not having to go back and do the wheels and plastic trim (door handles, gas filler, fender flares-specifically requested as an alternative to engine compartment). See the photos for a visual explanation. Lastly, the fender flares...bummed on that. Not really even that clean. Traded cleaning the wheel wells up instead of the engine compartment. Again, overall, I do recommend using them for your cleaning/details. Just hope this helps them keep a keen eye on a couple things. Thanks guys!!! read more

Totally unprofessional. These people inconvenienced me twice. They were supposed to come Thursday at 10am. They contacted me shortly before telling me they had mechanical issues and would need to reschedule. Understandable, things happen. We rescheduled for this morning and I made sure I was home and they didn't show up at all. No contact and did not answer their phone during my multiple phone calls. One of the best parts about hiring Mr. Singleton is that he comes to your house. This gave me time to prepare for company I'm expecting instead of sitting around waiting at a shop. Sorry but the misrepresentations continue, first I never threatened a bad review, I just did it. Second the photos I posted are AFTER the job was done what a lie. Third, the conversation posted shows that you never said it was going to be another $125 for more. and finally you did not do anything additional your husband showed up, wiped down the interior, no carpet shampooing, no detail, no clay bar, no scratch removal, just washed outside of truck, dried it and then applied a light machine wax. No tire dressing, no interior dressing and left with dirty wheels etc. I gave NO tip and asked for no business card, meaning it was sub-par job and no intention of ever using you again. No one in their right mind would pay $250 for this. And your husband was there four hours not five. Your idea of what a detailed job is not what I have experienced. My truck was pretty much clean already just needed a wash and wax which is what I kinda got and paid for. read more

Unprofessional ! I hardly write reviews but I had to write this just to help improve your business. Please count it as honest feedback and nothing more. I promised I was going to do so but you told me you do not really care about reviews . I have 4 trucks and decided to give you a chance with one unfortunately you didn't do a good job. I have after pictures of what you cleaned. You came without a vacuum and tools and left the whole bus in a dirty state telling me I only asked for a wipe down. You even had to go buy a cleaner at Kroger and brought the tiniest brush. Next time I just feel it is not good and nice to tell a customer to go find a vacuum to clean after you have left. I paid for that already and it doesn't reflect well on your quality of work. I pray your business works out fine but please lets try to do better. Even without tools; choosing the right words without constant swearing will help stand your business out. All the best. read more

Mr. Singleton did an excellent job on my car. The cloth seats had some serious stains, and he got them out completely. They also use a chemical that removes stains and odors. This is a mobile service so they come to your home. The work was done in about 3 hours and the price is very reasonable.
