A few weeks later he called me and apologized profusely for forgetting me. He was in the area & asked if could drop by for an estimate. Not feeling well that day, I told him it was fine as long as I didn't have to come outside. He said he would leave the estimate in the door handle. The estimate was very reasonable, especially considering I live in a two story house & already had my Christmas lighting installation done. When I agreed to the estimate Matt asked if I was flexible. He would do the cleaning when he was in the area and I didn't need to be home. The bill would be left in my mailbox. That sounded great to me. It wasn't long before Matt did the cleaning. He did a fabulous job. There was not a speck of debris left around my house. Rain water now goes through the downspout instead of pouring over the side of the gutters. When I called to give him my credit card, I asked if he could put me on a recurring schedule. I've had all my large trees cut down. But there's an evil pin oak next door that hangs over my driveway & yard, wreaking havoc on my vehicles, clogging the gutters and offering a feast of acorns for the delighted squirrels. Pricing was secondary. I also looked at reviews prior to my calls. Power Clean Pros was the only company that picked up when I called. They agreed to my timeline of an estimate ASAP! The others had machines and did return calls the next day. The company rep Cole was out within 30 minutes. He surveyed the walk and the area on the brick wall that had mold from a shed that previously sat there. The cost was much higher than I expected at $250, but a quick turnaround was desired. Two days later Cole came out with truck and trailer and went to work. He has all of his own equipment and just requested a water source. Within an hour or so the job was done and looked excellent. There were a few minor areas on the wall that I discussed with him. He was willing to come back. It was explained that pressure on brick is a fine line to not damage. He erred on the conservative side. The company does not take credit cards, so its cash, or check. I was not available when the job concluded and mailed a check. I would use them again and return.

I opted for power washing and shutter painting at this time but will certainly have my pool area cleaned later in the season. Ashton answered my phone calls and questions quickly and reliably. He arrived on time, worked efficiently and when he left there was no trace left behind. He stated 4 pm the next day because he was still at a job. The next day same situation, at 7:00pm I told him not to bother anymore, I will get me another handyman. I cannot evaluate the work since it was not done. Allow me a suggestion, do not overload with jobs, at some point you cannot fulfill your appointments.
