They showed up on time, explained everything clearly, and really made sure we understood what was going on with our house. It has been a long and complicated project and it was truly nice to know we were working with someone who knew what they were doing. Even when something unexpected came up during the process, Chris handled it confidently and professionally. He consistently provides fair prices as well. I have never felt like he's trying to overcharge me. The crew worked quickly but carefully, and you can tell they take pride in doing things the right way. They kept the space as clean as possible and were always respectful of our home. I felt like they genuinely cared about fixing the problem, not just getting the job done. Now that the repairs are complete, our home feels safe and solid again -- such a relief. I can't say enough good things about this company. We will definitely hire Chris to do work in the future. If you need trustworthy, skilled people for structural work, I would 100% recommend Chris Richards and Chris's Custom Builds.

Rodney gave us the best bid of the contractors we considered, and his outstanding reviews from previous customers gave us confidence that we were making the right choice. He exceeded our expectations in every way. Rodney and his helper completely transformed our bathroom in just three days, creating a beautiful, modern, state-of-the-art walk-in shower. The workmanship was excellent, the attention to detail was impressive, and the entire project was handled professionally from beginning to end. While he was here, I also asked Rodney to replace the toilets in both of our bathrooms with chair-height, elongated Kohler toilets and install new sink faucets with pop-up drains. Those improvements made a remarkable difference in the appearance and functionality of both bathrooms. We could not be happier with the results. Rodney was dependable, professional, skilled, and easy to work with--and the quality of his work speaks for itself. We have absolutely no complaints and would recommend Full Circle Kitchen and Bath and Rodney McKinney without hesitation. If you're considering a bathroom renovation or other kitchen or bath project, I highly recommend giving Rodney a call. You will be in very good hands!

We knew it needed a little TLC, and well, actually, it happened much sooner than we anticipated. We had to have a emergency remodel. So we called around, got estimates, researched contractors and finally decided on this company. Are they the cheapest? Are they the most expensive? What made you decide to go with this contractor then? The answer to these questions are answered in the order of the questions. No,no, and the fact that this place has been in business since 1985. Jerry's name is on the vehicles and the year that he started also listed on the vehicles. We personally haven't had the opportunity to meet Mr. Harris, but I have spoken to him over the phone before. Would we hire them again. Most definitely! Without a doubt! His people are personable, they get the job done. They clean up after each day, sometimes there were a little things happened, things that I call hick-ups. But hey, that's life. Life happens and on it's own time, not on my short and long term plans. I just know that these guys use top quality, hire great professionals, have a 5 year warranty on their work, and I even think highly of the guy that I so fondly joke about as Mr. Show me the money! Why would I use them again? Well, lets just say this, I have a kitchen that was built in 1953, no prep space! Yeah! I really would use them again!!
