They claim that I had pick up scheduled for Thursdays. The thing is they picked up my laundry on FRIDAY. I was within minutes of filing a claim with my homeowners insurance because I thought my laundry was stolen. Even though I hadn't used Mayflower in months, I thought to call them. They want me to take a $40 credit and use their service again.

My order was picked up last Thursday and scheduled for delivery on Tuesday, but it never arrived. When I followed up, I was assured it would be delivered "first thing" this morning. I waited at home because I didn't have pants for work, but the delivery only just arrived. (10am) Now, as I go through my clothes, I've found items that don't belong to me mixed in with my laundry, and the blue Pottery Barn pillowcases I had dry cleaned have turned grey. While they offered a credit for the laundry service (not dry-cleaning), which I appreciate, it's not enough to make me return or recommend them.
