Will you be seen by your stylist promptly, and is your stylist only working with you and not doing multiple people all at once? Once I arrived, I was greeted and my hair stylist started within minutes of me walking through the door. I was offered a complimentary drink and allowed to do videos or pics if I wanted. When I arrived I was welcomed, and checked in. The wait was longer then expected but my stylist was very attentive and great personality. She explained the wait and she made sure I was comfortable. She offered some extra services but was respectful when I declined them. I loved the service! Everyone was friendly and the vibe was fun and inviting. The establishment was clean and I will be back! My stylist was Miyah and I will request her next time. However, all the stylist knew their stuff and did a great job, the women were looking fabulous. My only negative comment is that I read through the charges and I didn't see mention of the "service fee." I looked over my email and again I didn't see it. I would have tipped my stylist and I had a bigger tip in cash to give her then service fee which is actually gratuity. It does say cashless however that was meant for her so it shouldn't have mattered. Unless they split between stylist, which isn't clear. Let me start by saying I'm a VIP member of this location and have been for a few months, going weekly. The service here largely depends on the stylist you're assigned to. I've had great service and great stylists in the past. However, my experience today was very disappointing. The wash was lackluster and I honestly not sure if all shampoo/conditioner were properly rinsed. The stylist I had went over my hair multiple times with heat and used a lot of oil and sprays. I left with my hair looking like a blowout rather than a silk press. I have dense, fine hair, which doesn't require much heat or extra manipulation. My hair is cut in a bob hair style. I requested straight- barely a bump and a middle part. The middle part is the only thing I can say I left with. I've never had worse results. Needles to say I'm headed home to redo my hair for an event tonight. Update- the salon reached out to rectify the situation with a previous stylist that was used before with great results. read more

I'm pretty sure this is so that your stylist knows what products to use on your hair type, what's best when washing and styling, things of that nature. And I appreciate that. What really got me hooked, she didn't wash my hair once, not twice, but three times. And she WASHED my hair!
