He was a male in his mid-to-late 20s with facial hair and said his name was "Jack," although based on his rude behavior, I have no reason to believe that was his real name. After speaking with him, I now understand exactly why he isn't--and shouldn't be--the manager. When I explained my previous experience, he responded, "I really don't care." I was shocked. He repeated it multiple times, was rude, snapped at another employee, and refused to provide any manager or corporate contact information. At that point, I lost my appetite. After leaving the establishment, I gave the sandwich away and fed the lemon bread to the pigeons. The only bright spot was the cashier and another female employee, who were both polite and professional. Even as I was leaving, they kindly said, "Thank you, have a nice day," and seemed sincere.
